What can I say? The care provided to my mum was outstanding. Carers paid attention to her needs and went above and beyond with everything - including tending to mums dogs and ensuring her home was clean and tidy. Mum thoroughly enjoyed her trips out going to the zoo, the lakes, walk along the canal,
for lunch, even to one pub where she was served by a robot. Highly recommend all staff. Mum has sadly passed away now however the Belong team and the care, support and attention will always be remembered!

Our team have a very caring and 'can do' attitude with my husband. All of them are friendly and cheerful. The admin team is really helpful and considerate, providing extra hours when needed and juggling the rota to cope when one carer went off sick, keeping me informed of any changes and asking if I
minded the change. My husband is able to trust all the carers on his team, cooperating with them fully and respecting their needs to implement safety procedures etc. and helping them keep to time. He likes to be left to their care.

Absolutely wonderful support. Gives me peace of mind knowing that Mum has the best possible care from amazing carers. They allow Mum to have her independence but I also know that she is safe. Since Mum has had the support, she seems much happier and is enjoying all the activities she is invited to,
that she chooses to go to.

The Belong at Home service has been essential in helping Mum and Dad to remain in their home. Without the excellent support, I'm sure that they would have had to go into residential care.

I have been a client at Belong at Home for five years, firstly for my husband for care during his terminal illness and then for the last three years for myself. The care and support Belong at Home Newcastle-under-Lyme has been a rock for me. The kindness and companionship of the carers at the start
of my day, I believe show that the company carefully select its staff.

After living at Belong at Home Newcastle-under-Lyme independently for 4 years, my mother and her husband have recently suffered more frequently with their general health/mobility and have required growing assistance with their everyday life.
All of the staff at Belong have gone over and above to
provide additional care with compassion to ensure the well-being and comfort of them both.
The manager in particular has been relentless in his care, providing additional services when required at very short notice, in addition to supporting the family with regular honest updates with complete transparency.
I can wholeheartedly recommend Belong at Home to anyone who wants to know their elderly relatives are in very safe hands.

Belong at Home Newcastle-under-Lyme cared for both my Mother-in-law and Father-in-law for approximately 4-years. The team showed respect, patience and empathy with them both.
After the death of my Mother-in-law, the team helped to support my Father-in-law for a further 2-years enabling him to live
independently at home. As well as providing companionship, they helped to enrich his visits by chatting about his life and family and by discussing his many photographs. He especially looked forward to Friday night fish and chips which they organised! The Belong at Home team also kindly helped us celebrate his 100th birthday.
The Team were extremely supportive of the family too, ensuring we could continue giving excellent care until he peacefully died in his own home, in line with his wishes.
I would recommend Belong at Home for reliable and consistent care and it should be noted they are a small team, making it more personal for the clients.

Belong have worked hard to ensure that my mother is safe and well cared for. Mum has memory issues and gets very anxious and confused if unfamiliar events happen. Belong have put together a care package and also additional help to reduce issues and to manage the day to day problems such as shopping
and banking that mum just can't deal with anymore. They have gone the extra mile. Thanks.

We have had our carer for over a year just now. She has become a carer, confidant, personal assistant and friend. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She is punctual both in times she comes and times she leaves, but that’s fair enough! She leads a very busy life. She can turn her hand to all the things.
I am a relative newcomer to computer technology and she has taught me a lot. She is very warm and friendly and is very rarely defeated by anything. We shall be very sorry to leave her behind when we move to a residential care home. I have met other members of Belong at Home, which seems to be an excellent company, which works well together as a team.

We have had to have help following my mum going into hospital. Care for mum's return and recovery period has been discussed with some options put forward. During these difficult times, it is not always possible to get the hours of care when needed but I was made to feel that Belong at Home were doing
all they could to support our options for care as well as offering good advice.

I contacted Belong regarding home care for my mother-in-law in September 2021. They were prompt in replying with their capacity. A starting date was established and care commenced. My mother-in-law had regular daily visits of a minimum of 3 carers. All the carers were caring, reliable, professional
and all round nice people. They contacted me with any queries or concerns. My mother-in-law was pleased with them, which is half the battle. They prepared meals, attended to her personal needs, administered medications, some household duties when required etc. Having Belong care gave all the family peace of mind that my mother-in-law was in safe hands. Nothing was too much trouble and the administration were communicative. I am very grateful to these unsung angels.

We found the service to be excellent, the carers were brilliant with Mum and she saw them as friends and not carers, she looked forward to their visits.
The management were also excellent, readily available and responded to any questions immediately.

Belong at Home Newcastle-under-Lyme cared for my mother-in-law in her home twice a day, morning and evening. The team who cared for her were excellent. They were compassionate, friendly, always punctual and treated her with the utmost respect. We felt very confident leaving her in their capable hands.
There was nothing they wouldn’t do to ensure her comfort. They brightened her day with their chat and laughter.
The manager was very professional and understanding and always willing to help with any problem we may have.
I would not hesitate in recommending Belong at Home.

My Mum has been having regular visits from the Belong team for the last year or so. It has enabled her to stay in her own home and maintain a level of independence which is very important to her. All of her helpers are so kind and helpful and the managers/care coordinators are always happy to discuss
Mum's care needs and adapt her rota accordingly. I couldn't recommend them highly enough!
