I couldn't have asked for a more caring team! amazing help..
Danny was my first contact and he made me feel so at ease arranging initial contact with our mother. Claudia and Danny met with Mum, she was really happy she could laugh and joke which she loved to do, at the same time they took mums care
very seriously. We had the wonderful Felicity whom lived with mum, all but short time until we lost mum. Felicity was amazing support and really took the best care of Mum with the continued support of the Claudia and Danny we never felt alone in what was a difficult time, with mums ever increasing needs.
I thank them very much for all there help! Highly recommend..

I highly recommend Alina services . I had a hip replacement in August 2025 and I was unable to put my support socks on as I could not bend and I was in too much pain. I telephoned some other services to find out if anyone could help as my brother had to go home after a couple of days looking after me.


Alina

understood that I needed support immediately which meant I did not have to wait 2 weeks compared to other services (1 week assessing me and then visiting the following week).


This was fantastic and I appreciated the caring manager from the start as I was house bound and feeling vulnerable. The staff were gentle and professional and managed my support sock with very little pain.


The staff have been lovely, warm, personable and caring. They have fitted in with my family visiting and I have really enjoyed having them popping over.


Thank you for so much for this service and I am sure you have helped my recovery and I will be recommending Alina to my friends.

Alina Huntington have been fantastic from the initial meeting to the care visits for my Dad kind, compassionate and professional.

We have just started with Alina Homecare for my mum. Both the carers and the office team are super lovely. I've been really impressed with their professionalism and efficiency, and also their kindness and empathy, and excellent communication. They keep in regular contact and go above and beyond with
their service. Nothing is too much trouble and they have taken a weight off my mind in regard to balancing my mum's care needs with looking after myself - their support is invaluable.

I can't recommend this care provider too highly. The initial assessment focused on me as a person and what I needed (I needed short term care after an accident). All the visits were punctual and I felt very confident with the carer in the house. Washing, dressing, breakfast and small household jobs
were all seen to with kindness, compassion and real expertise. The individual touches that I requested on the first day were never forgotten - what I like in my hair, a small spritz of eau de toilette. I was also accompanied on short walks. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this provider to any family needing confident, experienced and kind care for their loved one

The home care provider has been most supportive during a month which was quite difficult for us.We have had help with all types of housework as well as assistance with personal care when needed and always encouragement to keep going through difficult days. Time keeping is excellent and the carer brings
a positive attitude with every visit. This helps us so much to get through the day.

Alina has been helping me care for my mum for the last three months. From the very beginning they showed warmth, empathy and always with a sense of professionalism. My 84-year-old godfather lives in Huntingdon. He moved from the US back to an area with lots of family. Unfortunately about 2 years of living in the area his health was starting to become worse and the family we thought would be there to help, just were not able to. I inquired with Alina Homecare via
email. I received a reply right away. I had plans to come to visit in late November and thought while I was there, I would interview a few places. The 2nd day I was there I had to rush my godfather to the A&E. Turns out he had pneumonia. The first thing I did was call the manager and Alina Homecare. In 2 days, we met, got a schedule started and all the paperwork was done and he was being cared for. I can't tell you how relieved I felt when I flew back from the UK to go home. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing home healthcare. They are kind, knowledgeable and really lovely people. They keep in touch and give him much-needed help and company.

Mum went into a home earlier this year whilst we were away. She didn't like it so we asked Alina if they would be able to help with respite care in her own home. She was so much happier being able to stay home and we had peace of mind that she was cared for.

We asked Alina Care, Histon to provide cover for a long-term carer who was away for two weeks. Mum has dementia and gets very anxious about change, so I was relieved and grateful to find that every carer that came to her was a good fit for her. They were all kind, professional, and competent people,
clearly very experienced carers, and the whole process from start to finish went extremely well, with Mum happy and content throughout. I could not have asked for more. Thanks to all involved.

Thank you to the team for the care given to my father over the past year. He was very reluctant at first to accept the help he needed but the carers have won him round with their professional yet friendly approach and now he looks forward to their visits. The App enables me to read the report immediately
after each visit and I can then act on any observations or recommendations. My mother and I are so grateful for the support and would definitely recommend Alina.

Thank you, Alina, for everything you do for my father. We really appreciate the professionalism and care you show towards him and how you treat him as an individual with a health condition rather than just another person with dementia.
I should, but don't always, read the daily reports you post on
the app, so it's brilliant that you take the initiative to call me to discuss my father's condition and changes in behaviour. It's refreshing to have someone else being proactive and suggesting changes and improvements to his care plan. This takes a lot of weight and responsibility from my shoulders. And that means I, too, can better care for my father. Thank you!
Now that it's time to increase my father's care, I could "spread the load" by hiring another agency. But I've used other agencies before and have never been so pleased as I am now with Alina.

We moved from another care provider and are very happy with Alina, wishing we had changed long before. Mum now gets the continuity of care and stability she needs. She is very happy with her care workers who appear to enjoy looking after her and helping her, responding to her specific needs and preferences.
The company appears well structured and well-led, filtering down to the friendly and efficient local office and visiting care workers. Communication and response to changing circumstances are excellent. I am happy that my mother is well looked after by a reliable provider I have no hesitation in recommending.

Have had the wonderful care team come to help Dad with getting up, dressed and washed in the mornings when he is visiting.
They have been cheerful, helpful and caring. Dad enjoys seeing them and responds well to their help and getting set up for the day. He can chat for ages and loves a new audience!

Since taking on my 94-year-old mum’s care, the Alina Team have shown respect for Mum’s needs in her own environment and provided care at her pace. They have responded to changes in her condition appropriately and keep in contact with me if they have concerns. I share the care with the team, and recently,
when I became unwell, they stepped in to give me support with very little notice, being flexible in response. We have a good working arrangement, and I have confidence in the Alina Team to meet Mum’s needs. She also benefits from the company and conversation during visits, and it broadens her world to get to know each carer.

My husband is supported by Alina Home Care provider carers who shower and dress him in the morning.
This professional help provides me as his wife with good and essential support undertaking tasks in a calm and caring manner.
All the work is completed on time and during the process it is good to hear
how the carers chat and make my husband feel at ease and valued and is well prepared for the day ahead.
This service is inspiring and so essential for us to have in order that we as a couple can continue enjoying each others company without feeling too tired.
