Despite a last-minute call during a bank holiday weekend, the manager couldn't have been more helpful or compassionate. The care she and the team showed my grandparents was fantastic- and feeling as though we had someone in our corner as a family was a huge relief.
I can't recommend Love in Care highly enough. Thank you so much for all you did for us.

Thank you for your feedback, we will address your points regarding appearance as all staff are issued uniforms and ID badges with our logo. As you are aware of the nature of support required there is little time left for tasks such as reading to your mum. The room is swept at each of the visits and several times during the visits. I am always available to you to raise any points, and responsive when emergencies arise often being first on the scene and alerting the family.
