Overall Experience

I have always found SJW The Wright Care staff are more than happy to oblige with any care needs. I have found that they treat my daughter with dignity and respect. The quality of care is outstanding.

The number of days cancellation notice required is rather too many, 7 days to be precise. I find this too many and have not known another care organisation require as much. 48 hours should be sufficient.

We used to have a 48 hour cancellation period however it was becoming increasingly common for clients to cancel their calls in this time frame often leaving large gaps on staff rotas, or that other clients had asked for alternative times/duration to which we had to decline but then in hindsight, we could have met their preferences. We decided to amend the cancellation policy so that once rotas and client sheets are finalised, any calls cancelled after this point are chargeable. For any client cancelling, 10% or more of their care over a short period of time, will be offered the retainer fee in order to keep their desired time/duration for when they wish for care to recommence. This enables clients to continue with their normal care package as they desire. Without this retainer fee, we are left with spaces that otherwise could be filled as we have a waiting list for people wanting care. I hope this explains the reasoning behind our cancellation policy.

Overall Experience

Only used them for one month otherwise ratings may have been higher.
They are professional and efficient but also very caring and treat my mum with dignity even though she can often be difficult. I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others.

Overall Experience

I am extremely pleased with the care provided to my mum by SJW. My mum's care is provided by a small number of carers, which is very positive and not my experience with other agencies. They leave good/well-informed notes on the care provided to my mum. I would have no worries about recommending this

care agency to other families/service users.

Overall Experience

Although, initially, it took a few weeks to straighten out one or two chinks in the quality of care my brother was receiving, I am pleased to say that, since then, the level of care has improved by leaps and bounds, to the point where I can freely say that I would not hesitate to recommend SJW to anyone

who is seeking a care provider that gives a very professional level of day to day care. In that regard, the carers are very professional, very compassionate, and, equally important in the case of my brother, very long-suffering, patient, and understanding.

The Wright Care Ltd is, no question, the nitro and the glycerin when it comes to home care services. Committed and wholly reliable, its staff are dedicated, attentive and care deeply for their clients. Having used its services for three years, I can only give it the highest of recommendations. It

SJW are excellent. Carers go above and beyond their roles.
Nothing is too much trouble for them.
Carers are always smart when they arrive, they are always kind and caring to my daughter and always willing to help me out too.

Overall Experience

Quite simply the best. I came to the company 2 years ago requesting that they help me with the care of my mother and I feel so lucky to have found them after a previous bad experience with another company. At all times they have treated my mother with the highest standard of care with compassion and

dignity and she has felt very loved and cared for in her own home. I know this to be the case because I live next door so have observed this at close proximity. My mother and I would be lost without them!

Since nan has been having SJW staff, I have noticed that my Nan appears much happier when I visit her. She always says how good all the staff are to her and they make her long days less lonely.
