Found mouldy food left in the fridge, hair should have been washed weekly, it was washed monthly or two monthly.
Some of the carers were very nice and it wasn't their fault that when mother-in-law fell out of bed and we couldn't get there, she was left on the floor on her own until the ambulance staff arrived, as staff needed to go to the next client.
When it was single-handed support, the care and support seemed much better than when it went to double-handed.
This review is very one-sided and extremely misleading to incorrect facts! Upon assessment it is explained we provide male and female staff, consent form was signed by yourself stating our fully trained male staff to be in attendance was agreed. I personally dealt with your complaint, had photo...
Communication with the office is also excellent, with contacting us if slight delay with carer's arrival.
Mum calls them her friends not her carers when they knock on her door.
Thank you for matching the carers to Mum as they have a great connection with Mum and we all get on with the carers too they have been given a nickname from us it makes it easier and more fun when Mum hears their nicknames thank you for all you do for our mum.
They are kind caring and very professional.
My mother has excelled since this company took over her care.
She looks forward to their arrival and enjoys seeing all the different members of staff.
We are so grateful that these wonderful people are part of our care team and appreciate everything they do.
This is a five-star care company.
My experience with Prepare4care has been fairly good. My carers are polite and professional. I feel the office is approachable and welcoming and I can pop into the office whenever I want for a chat. I feel that any concerns I have are listened to attentively by carers and office staff. I am more than happy with the care I receive through Prepare4care.
Thank you for your review on our service.. We are pleased you are having such a wonderful experience and will ensure we continue to improve to meet all of your needs and expectations of our service. It is a pleasure to care for you and have you as apart of our Prepare4care family.
All the carers are helpful and considerate, it has taken a while for me to come to terms with needed help, now I feel comfortable with the staff.
What a lovely review thank you. It is a pleasure to be apart of your life and thank you for allowing us to be apart of your journey.
Excellent care, very professional and genuine care. I have received superb personal care and support during my recovery after complex surgery. My ongoing care has been consistently provided by the same carers. The agency endeavours to provide care with a holistic approach, taking into account the family routine, as well the person's support needs. While receiving care, I have been able to return to work and continue with everyday family life.
What a lovely review thank you so much. We are delighted you are pleased with our service and we will continue to provide the outstanding care you deserve. Much love from the entire Prepare4care team.
My mother is receiving care from Prepare4care Ltd and I can honestly say that the service is outstanding. We have used other care providers and both owners of the business have a clear goal, provide the best care for the elderly and vulnerable in the community. Highly recommended, the carers are outstanding and the quality is exceptional. This company will be number one in Kent. I wish them all the best and would like to see the quality of care improve across Kent as generally, it is appalling. Keep up the good work.
What a lovely review, thank you so very much, David. It is an absolute privilege to care for your beautiful mother. She is an amazing person and in such a short time has enriched our lives! We will continue to provide the high-quality care that our business promises to all of our amazing clients.
I am very happy with the service Prepare4care provides. Their staff are always polite and professional when caring for me. They arrive on time and have gone the extra mile for me. An example of this is when I needed to go to my GP. My carer went with me even though the visit had ended and I received no extra charge.
The whole team are wonderful! If I ever have a problem I know I can call and it will be listened to and sorted straight away. I have the same carer all the time and she is so professional, friendly and outstandingly helpful. A very well run company.
The carer is always punctual, friendly and polite. She doesn't talk down to me or at me but directly to me. She doesn't rush me but works efficiently and without haste. She makes sure I'm comfortable and safe before she leaves.
Thank you for your kind words. We are very happy that you are happy with your care team and will continue to do our very best for you. We will ensure that you always receive the quality care and support you deserve. Kindest regards always Prepare4care team.

I have been working hard to provide Care Workers with the ability to keep individuals safe from harm or abuse, provide Person Centre Care, including Individuals within their care and enhance people's quality of life.
I have been assessing and training Care/Support workers in Residential settings and within the Community.
I strongly promote Equality and Diversity, along with the 6 C's to all my staff. This ensures that my staff understand the importance of person-centred care, understanding the individuality of all the people we provide care and support to and that my staff work in a way that promotes the outstanding practice. I teach my staff to understand the responsibility of their actions and how their actions and understanding affects the people they care for. This ensures that staff never breach their job role limited and they keep themselves, and others protected always.
Studio 3 teaches a lot of new concepts into managing and dealing with changeling behaviour, how it affects the individual and their care team. I have adopted their approaches to spatial awareness and using different techniques, such as interaction, diffusion and distraction strategies, to bring a person back to a calmer mindset, in situations where they display high emotional reactions. This combined with positive behaviour support, I have been using with my staff who work with learning disabilities and autistic individuals, to try and prevent the need for physical interaction and restraint.
I have experience with working and Managing services in Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Dementia and Physical Disabilities. This means as well as having the qualification to provide Care within these band of Services, I also have extensive experience and qualifications.

I comprehend the imperative need of being diverse in my approach to my Management skills. This is reflected within my motivation methods and the vast range of teaching techniques I bestow. I seize a hands-on approach to my managerial skills resulting in being able to support and guide fellow employees by example. I promote independence and dignity as one of the important aspects of an individual’s care package.
I believe that being coordinated with information and documentation will provide outstanding person-centred care plans. I am an understanding and nurturing person. This allows me to support individuals emotionally and nurturing all their care requirements, however also fully supporting their family/loved ones.
I have extensive training in quality and marketing. This ensures that our company standards will never drop, and we can market our company to a diverse variety of individuals that require care and support. I have been working within the mental health sector for 6 years now and have been working hard to break the stigma surrounding mental health and how society views individuals suffering from mental health conditions. I have many skills and qualifications gained through working with Mental Health and individuals diagnosed with Dementia.

I have also been working with staff and care workers to promote dignity and respect do individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds, this has resulted in care workers working in a way that promotes good practice in the mental health sector. I am a human rights activist I have been working hard to promote the rights of the individual within care settings to achieve their rights and maintain their dignity and respect, person-centred care is upheld and ensure that individuals have a voice to speak about what they want in their care and life. I have been achieving this by arranging events, talks and working closely with care companies to improve the quality of the service they provide by ensuring their documentation reflect practice they are providing.
I have a keen eye for detail and feel that no situation is irresolvable. I have a calm persona allowing me to resolve difficult and stressful situations. Working within the mental health sector has given me the patience to understand that person-centred care is top-quality within the care sector. I achieve person-centred care by listening to the person's every need and wants. I put the individual in receipt of my care at the heart of all of their care and this includes their family members and loved ones.
I ensure that all my service users have a voice to speak about any concerns they may have, and I always ensure that they are involved in their care and support. This is a method I reflect upon my staff and I promote heavily within my workforce. My management style is leading through example, keeping calm in all situations and ensuring my staff feel valued and respected.
