This review is very one-sided and extremely misleading to incorrect facts! Upon assessment it is explained we provide male and female staff, consent form was signed by yourself stating our fully trained male staff to be in attendance was agreed. I personally dealt with your complaint, had photo and video evidence to counteract your concerns, which still wasn't good enough for you. You then became hostile and rude which is when you were directed to CQC who also investigated and dismissed as no concerns and high care being provided. We are unable to lift or manual handle any clients from the floor. It is the family's or NOK responsibility to stay with their loved ones when an ambulance is needed, as we are community care which is commissioned for timed visits. As long as the client is comfortable, not injured and left safe. Hair was always washed when you provided the caps to do so. The client was highly cared for and loved in our company. You refused to help or be called upon when needed!

The Review Score of 8.6 (8.560) out of 10 for Prepare4care Ltd is based on a) the Average Rating and b) the number of positive Reviews.
a) The Average Rating is 4.3 out of 5 from 5 Reviews in the last 24 months.
b) The score for the number of positive Reviews is 4.3 out of 5 from 4 positive Reviews in the last 24 months.
The maximum Review Score for a Home Care Provider is 10, which is made up from the Average Rating of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) and the Number of Reviews (maximum of 5 points) in the last 24 months:
a) 5 Points are available for the Average Rating from all Reviews in the last 24 months.
The Average Rating of 4.310 for Prepare4care Ltd is calculated as follows: ( (19 Excellents x 5) + (4 Goods x 4) + (2 Satisfactorys x 3) + (4 Poors x 2) ) ÷ 29 Ratings = 4.31
b) 5 Points are available for the number of Positive Reviews in the last 24 months. A Positive Review is defined as any Review with an 'Overall Experience' of '4' or '5' (out of a max rating '5').
The 5 points available are broken down as follows: 3 points for the first Positive Review, 2 points in total for each of the next 9 Positive Reviews (1st = 3, 2nd = 0.5, 3rd = 0.5, 4th = 0.25, 5th = 0.25, 6th = 0.1, 7th = 0.1, 8th = 0.1, 9th = 0.1, 10th = 0.1)
The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Prepare4care Ltd is based on 4 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 + 0.5 + 0.5 + 0.25 = 4.25
When a Review is submitted by someone who has previously submitted a Review, only the latest Review will count towards the Review Score.
If a Home Care Provider does not have a review in the last 24 months, then it will not have a Review Score.

Job Title: Manging Director

I am a fully qualified Health and Social Care Diploma trainer and assessor. I have been training Care Workers for a few years now, to ensure they are working in a way that promotes good practice, within all aspects of care.
I have been working hard to provide Care Workers with the ability to keep individuals safe from harm or abuse, provide Person Centre Care, including Individuals within their care and enhance people's quality of life.
I have been assessing and training Care/Support workers in Residential settings and within the Community.
I have been teaching Care Workers to understand that a person’s wellbeing is linked to their health and mental health. This has shown my learners the value of providing outstanding care to a diverse range of individuals, regardless of their background, cultural beliefs or religious beliefs.
I strongly promote Equality and Diversity, along with the 6 C's to all my staff. This ensures that my staff understand the importance of person-centred care, understanding the individuality of all the people we provide care and support to and that my staff work in a way that promotes the outstanding practice. I teach my staff to understand the responsibility of their actions and how their actions and understanding affects the people they care for. This ensures that staff never breach their job role limited and they keep themselves, and others protected always.
I have been learning and researching techniques used by a company called Studio 3, to improve care and support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism. Since the extremely shocking report made against Winterbourne View and the outcomes of that investigation, I have made it a top priority to understand how challenging behaviour can be avoided and reduced through low arousal approaches.
Studio 3 teaches a lot of new concepts into managing and dealing with changeling behaviour, how it affects the individual and their care team. I have adopted their approaches to spatial awareness and using different techniques, such as interaction, diffusion and distraction strategies, to bring a person back to a calmer mindset, in situations where they display high emotional reactions. This combined with positive behaviour support, I have been using with my staff who work with learning disabilities and autistic individuals, to try and prevent the need for physical interaction and restraint.
I have experience with working and Managing services in Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Dementia and Physical Disabilities. This means as well as having the qualification to provide Care within these band of Services, I also have extensive experience and qualifications.

I comprehend the imperative need of being diverse in my approach to my Management skills. This is reflected within my motivation methods and the vast range of teaching techniques I bestow. I seize a hands-on approach to my managerial skills resulting in being able to support and guide fellow employees by example. I promote independence and dignity as one of the important aspects of an individual’s care package.
I believe that being coordinated with information and documentation will provide outstanding person-centred care plans. I am an understanding and nurturing person. This allows me to support individuals emotionally and nurturing all their care requirements, however also fully supporting their family/loved ones.

I have also been working with staff and care workers to promote dignity and respect do individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds, this has resulted in care workers working in a way that promotes good practice in the mental health sector. I am a human rights activist I have been working hard to promote the rights of the individual within care settings to achieve their rights and maintain their dignity and respect, person-centred care is upheld and ensure that individuals have a voice to speak about what they want in their care and life. I have been achieving this by arranging events, talks and working closely with care companies to improve the quality of the service they provide by ensuring their documentation reflect practice they are providing.
I have a keen eye for detail and feel that no situation is irresolvable. I have a calm persona allowing me to resolve difficult and stressful situations. Working within the mental health sector has given me the patience to understand that person-centred care is top-quality within the care sector. I achieve person-centred care by listening to the person's every need and wants. I put the individual in receipt of my care at the heart of all of their care and this includes their family members and loved ones.
I ensure that all my service users have a voice to speak about any concerns they may have, and I always ensure that they are involved in their care and support. This is a method I reflect upon my staff and I promote heavily within my workforce. My management style is leading through example, keeping calm in all situations and ensuring my staff feel valued and respected.
