Her strong leadership skills and commitment to promoting good outcomes for service users contribute to the effective management of our organisation.

She ensures that staff are clear about their roles and responsibilities and provides support and guidance to maintain accountability and performance standards.

Significant experience as a Teaching Assistant in a secondary school, assisting and supporting children and young people who require assistance and support with learning including children with special educational needs and disabilities. Phinehas has also worked closely with children in a residential facility.

Extensive experience with home care services, working with vulnerable adults and children in their own homes by providing personal care services. For children, this has included taking them out for activities and for social interaction/events.

Julie has worked with children with additional needs and vulnerable adults in their own homes, offering personal care support to both client groups. Furthermore, she has significant experience in life in care work, offering support to adults to provide their carers with a break.
