Opportunity in Hertfordshire. The role is predominantly working from your own home within Hertfordshire.

A direct progression from roles such as Senior Carer & Care Coordinators the Deputy Care Manager role sees the excitement of running Almond Flex Care while reporting directly to the Office.


The company will support you on your journey towards RM - Registered Manager (if that’s where you want to go) through learning and development experiences and real-world coaching.
