I am appalled by the company’s timekeeping. My friend was left in bed for over 14 hours. An 8.00 am visit was 10.40. My friend tried to get himself up as he was thirsty, hungry and soiled and subsequently fell and is now back in the hospital for the 3rd time and extremely poorly. The previous two
times were for delirium caused by urine infections not identified immediately at the outset and left too long. Water bottles were left out of reach and no monitoring of the intake and dehydration set in followed by UTIs. I am so sad for my friend. He tried so hard to stay in his home but was sadly let down by the care.
