Sadly I do not have positive feedback where the management and communication are concerned. The carers themselves were lovely and caring. The agency does not communicate amongst themselves or with the carers. There are always teething problems with any agency but not once was there a follow-up call
following falls to check if I was ok. They do not fill in a care book which is required and hence no communication on the client's care with social services. The agency preferred to discontinue care vs admit any failing and try to resolve by compromise. Even carers were shocked.
