Hi my name is Mark I am an end user Client of Be Careing in Leeds I use the service three times a day I consider myself very lucky to have the most incredible carers they are incredible and nothing is ever too much for any of them and they always go above and beyond. Over a period of twelve months they are not only my carers they have become friends and are always showing interest in my family and are always asking after them. The job that they do is incredible and they are always going above and beyond. The office staff are always polite, efficient and helpful and goi that extra mile whatever my enquiry. I would certainly recommend Be Caring 5* to all concerned I'm one very happy customer. Thankyou Mark
The ladies that come to care for my mum are brilliant. She even has her favourites! The office are very approachable, if we have any concerns or questions , they are immediately dealt with. We could only have hoped for this kind of help/service when we first started with Be Caring , so to actually feel that my mum is happy and cared for in her own home is so reassuring for us as a family. Thankyou x
The only issue I have is the meal choices, the carers do not use all the foods provided, we have to throw a lot of food away as it's gone out of date, they never use the foods in the freezer, which has steamed vegetables, chips, fish cakes etc, they don't put gravy or any sauces on her foods, I have a list of meals they can make on the kitchen cupboard but they don't make them, easier to put a couple of pork pies on a plate than to make something, other than the meals I am happy with the carers.
I have loved every minute and every moment with the carers they have absolutely wonderful and your service gets 10/10 from me thank yiu for letting me join you. Joining you guys was the best decision I have ever made and thank you for being patient with me im seeing my daughter tomorrow I need some help please thank you
I feel happy with Be Caring as Mum feels happy and settled with them coming in and makes me feel settled with them coming in too.
I cannot thank the team at Be Caring enough for the outstanding care they provided for my mother during her journey with dementia. Their compassion and dedication were evident in every visit. The carers came to her home three times a day, ensuring that every aspect of my her needs was met with patience, dignity, and genuine affection. Nothing was ever too much trouble. My mother always looked forward to their visits. The warmth and kindness of the carers allowed her to remain in the comfort of her own home for much longer than we thought possible. It was clear that the carers saw her as more than just a client and always brought a smile. Right up until the difficult decision was made that she could no longer stay at home, the care and support never wavered. I wholeheartedly recommend Be Caring to anyone seeking loving, professional, and exceptional care for a loved one. We as a family are deeply grateful for everything they did for my mother.
Unfortunately, we cannot use the expected system to communicate by digital. Hence we have to use email. This has supposedly been reviewed by your IT Team & has never been fixed. This results in us communicating directly with senior personnel in the business. However, the process works extremely well for us. Not sure if it is the most effective us of your managers time handling our issues?
Untrained staff sent in blind so cannot carry out most care without lots of client input which causes sickness for brain injuries, dementia, learning difficulties. High turnover of staff due to poor management and training. Untrained in handling medical equipment. Untrained in handling medication. Management ineffective, not interested in client welfare causing further illness. Always back the staff, leaving clients vulnerable. There are a few good carers that are exceptionally good at their jobs, unfortunately not enough of them. I know of other clients who have suffered too.
