The worst care agency experience ever. Avoid at all costs, especially if
the client is vulnerable/disabled. They have no respect for the client
or family members and instead of helping the family, they did the exact
opposite, trying to make our lives more difficult. They need to
understand that especially if dealing with disabled clients, they need
to be trained by the family as otherwise, it would be dangerous for the client.

I thought that all carers are trained. I thought they are not to charge
their phones, and power bars, in the client's homes. I also thought they
must not be sleeping on the client's couches, also leaving their food in
the client's fridge for days, and drinking out the bottles of water that
are provided for the client. They drink it without asking, plus blowing
up the microwave and not replacing it. I would like to know what your
policies say about care providers' behaviour in the client's homes.
