Carers turn up during times requested. Write reports following each visit which are very informative and any actions needed can be processed without delay. Friendly respectful, kind and courteous. The client is treated with dignity. Follow requests for a variety of tasks - meals, washing clothing
etc. Try to the best of their ability to encourage the client to carry out personal much-needed care. Leave the client happy & content.
