I was a client of this company who I feel has let me down which has left me feeling stressed, anxious and depressed. They said that the carers were refusing to come out to me which I disagreed with as I have always been kind to them and always thanking them for their care they have given me and
always offered them a drink as I know how much they do, but the manager came out and said that he couldn't review the decision and I only found out when two social workers turned up and told me that they were removing the care, which came as such a shock to me and it upset me so much as the reason that they had given were untrue. So that has all happened in the last few weeks. I was with them for over one year and can't believe that this has happened to me.
