Booked early call on 2 occasions to facilitate Mum going to an urgent hospital appointment for a procedure and was let down on both occasions. Male carers were sent to bathe an elderly lady after being told not to. Some staff are great, others awful. Mum in a lovely care home now as it is obvious her needs couldn't be met by this service. Feel badly let down.
I have been with you for 11 days, in that time you have changed and got my mother ready for bed 2 times, 6 males have turned up after you have been told no males. Turned up at 18.00 to get my mum ready for bed then the next day 12.30 midday to get her dressed, 18.5 hours she would have been left in her nappy. I’ve had calls with two members of staff but still no joy. I think this company is one big joke.
Our friend has been with them for a week and so far we have had a medication error and erratic call times which means the medication is not given at the appropriate time. When talking to the staff in the office to raise concerns at best you get lip service. I currently work in Social Care and I am aware of policies and how things should be done. A shameful example of a care provider. A week on and I am still waiting for my username and login details for their customer portal.
This company doesn't care about what is best for the patient, only what is best for them. No listening skills whatsoever, and the office staff are mostly appalling. They do not care about their clients, only what suits themselves. Some of the carers are very good if and when you can get them, it's the management side of the business that ruins the company.
Lincoln office is poor, full of snowflakes, dreadful unprofessional service. Childlike emotions, pathetic office full of pathetic people. They don’t listen to what you tell them, they do what they think is best not what is best. Useless office needs a clear out.
