Latest Reviews for Helping Hands Home Care (Braintree)

Helping Hands (Braintree) have supported my sister, who suffers from Alzheimer's, in her own home for approximately 3 years. Although she is mobile, she needs constant prompting to carry out everyday activities, personal hygiene and eating. The carers have been patient, kind and dedicated. The
office management has been flexible and understanding. Having had a poor standard organisation in the past, H.H. have been an absolute lifesaver. Thank you all so much,

My experience with ' Helping Hands' is mostly good. The carers are well-presented, and usually on time and mostly efficient. There have been several occasions where I have had to phone the office to find out why my carer is delayed. Overall a good service.

The standard and quality of care provided by Helping Hands is exemplary all round. The employees have turned out in any weather and conditions and cheerfully, being in a village location - narrow roads and lack of lighting - not easy for anybody. They have helped with transport and shopping when
needs must. Because of the caring and sharing, we have felt more like a family unit than clients. They deserve treble income for their provision of care!
We salute them all.
