Established in 1989 with the opening of their first care home, Agincare has gradually expanded the range of services in response to clients’ ever-changing needs. The group has grown to become one of the largest independent providers of care across the UK. The group is responsible for delivering major contracts for many large public sector organisations as well as delivering care services to a large and growing number of self-funding clients. The services the group provides for private and public sector clients include:

Whilst the group believe their high level of customer satisfaction and service quality is largely down to their focus on forging local relationships, being part of a major care group also has many benefits, such as building service capability and financial capacity to respond to clients' needs. We had really good service from your care providers for 4 weeks when my husband was sent home from hospital. Took great care with him and were very helpful efficient team.
We are now receiving sitting care from Agincare provider which is working well.

generally very good, carers fairly good at understanding what is required-.treat my mother with dignity and ask rather than try to take over. -have formed good relationship with her and she enjoys the interaction when they visit. They seem to understand the frustration she feels about losing much of
her independence and the struggle to cope with the pain. They also recognise that she has all her mental faculties and are respectful of this.

We have used Agincare for many years now. Firstly for my father who was bedridden for his final years he died at 91 and now for my mum who is 96. Mum is mobile, but has had strokes the carers are very considerate. It helps that due to her age Agincare where ever possible give her continuity of staff
so they know mum well. Recently we needed to get mum to bed earlier and Agincare have met her needs and adjusted her rota to suit.

The Agincare carers are perfect for my mother's needs which are for 365 days of the year. Some carers are a lot better than others but all are of a good standard at least, so, thank you very much and I would certainly recommend Agincare overall.

A carer comes once a week for an hour to help me give my husband a shower. I am informed the previous week who to expect next week, the carers who come are always friendly, patient and helpful. Having a carer here at that time gives me reassurance that my husband will be safe during this time - he is
frail and finds getting in and out of the bath to have his shower is quite difficult. Although he does not always want to have the shower, he always says afterwards that he feels better and thanks the carers. This care has been provided for the past 18 months.

We have had a live-in carer from Agincare looking after our mother since November 2024 and have a main carer who stays with mum for 6-8 weeks at a time before having a break. The company has, from the start, been professional, supportive and always keeping us informed. In this instance, however, my
sisters and I would really like to praise the care mum is getting from her live-in carer. She is everything we wanted for our mother to feel happy, comfortable and safe. Her meals are fantastic, and Mum has a renewed passion for her food. She has long and interesting conversations with Mum, which is such a wonderful social experience. However, it is her kindness and willingness to really care for Mum when she is unwell. Mum had a mini stroke this weekend, and mum's carer sat with her for hours until mum went off to sleep comfortably and peacefully. Mum was so grateful as she was feeling very distressed during this time. Thank you so much.

My Mum receives 2 calls a day. Morning to help with personal care, food preparation (breakfast and sandwich for later in the day), medication and ensuring areas are clean and tidy. I had an evening call to administer medication and prepare drinks and tidy dishes.. Throughout the calls, the carers are
kind, considerate, and respectful and chat with Mum about what she has been doing. There is good communication between carers and family, and the office team are easy to contact and responds appropriately when necessary. The support provided by the care team is a valuable part of Mum's daily routine.

The office staff and carers of Eastbourne Agincare, in the office the ladies are caring, efficient and I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs care. They go above and beyond!
As for the carers, they are a super bunch of ladies, who do this job because they care. They greeted Mum
as though they were her daughters, they were gentle, efficient and gave Mum the support she needed until the end. Words cannot express my gratitude!

Supplied care very quickly for 4 visits a day for the client's return home from hospital. The carers kept excellent time and were very kind, supportive, cheerful and friendly. Communication with the office staff was very efficient.

I would like to thank one man for his efforts to help my Dad during January. He has been very engaging with Dad, helping him with his exercises, which he likes to do daily, helping him to learn a few new ones suitable for a 90-year-old man and also teaching him how to be safer using his stairs.
