The review score ranges from 10 (best) - 1 (worst). The score's algorithm takes into account the quantity, quality and recency of a home care provider's reviews and ratings.

I recently moved my Nan to HoneyBee care and I'm really impressed. Their online system lets me check in anytime and see detailed notes from each visit which keeps me informed about her care.
