The company was established solely to help support those who need a little extra help to remain independent in their own home, providing an alternative to residential care and helping to alleviate the pressure on family.

At CH24, the team aim to design bespoke person-centred care packages that allows clients, your loved ones, the choice and control over the care they receive, enabling them to remain in the home they know and love. Whatever the specific care needs, the dedicated care team will work closely with you and your family to establish the right level of support so that you or your loved ones can continue to live life entirely on your terms.

They offer a fully managed service that is completely unique to you and your situation. They’ll carefully match you with a fully assessed carer who fits into your life and always respects your space and dignity. Every carer is directly employed, trained and managed by CH24, removing the stress and pressure from you so that you can focus on the most important thing – family. And, as they’re fully regulated by the RQIA, they are committed to ensuring that the service is safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led.

These carers started with me recently, within 5 minutes I could sense empathy and genuine care. I would highly recommend these carers as I had a bad experience previous to them, there is nothing they won't do for me. l consider myself very lucky to have them.
