My Grandad would like to thank all of his care team who do a fantastic job, every single day. Without their support and encouragement, his recovery from hospital would not have been anywhere near as successful. The office staff are very efficient and excellent at choosing the right team

The 2 girls came today and we're both pleasant and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. One already knew my mom from previously and can see that there is a determination and has said she will see if we could get a hospital bed for my mom .

My Mothers main carers are fantastic, they look after her so well and are always kind. She has a very good relationship with them and they communicate so well with her and our family. We can't thank them enough.

Service of company is varied some is amazing some not so much the carers that I have on a regular basis are amazing and very supportive they have helped me deal with a lot and complete a lot independently would however appreciate name tags on all carers

Could not be more pleased with the care from AMG.
From the first day they made my father comfortable and at ease in coming into new surroundings directly from hospital. Excellent care and approach - 10/10 for the team.

AMG provide excellent care for my father, they are very efficient and friendly, always smiling and keep me updated all the time. My father loves the care that he gets, at 95 it is very important that he is treated with dignity and respect, and AMG carers show this all the time.
As a family we apreciate
the care that members of the team provide, they all go above and beyond.
I highly recommend AMG.

Friendly and polite to myself and my Dad. Maintains my Dads dignity and explains what they are doing by communicating clearly. Always make sure that he is left comfortable after being turned and had a good drink before they leave.

Excellent service lovely people who come on a regular basis would be lost without them myself and my husband appreciate everything they have done and continue to to for us


They have worked closely with my husband to stay on top of his exercises and making sure his experience with washing and everything

My wife, a retired hospital theatre sister and hospital matron for 10 years, has been very pleased with the service we have received from your staff.
In addition to their professional competence, they were all charming people who undertook their duties in a cheerful manner, often going the extra mile

Our experience with AMG has been very good, the care, friendliness and support has been outstanding. We have been lucky enough to have the same carers who looked after my Dad 3.5 years ago and again our experience with them then was better than any of the other care companies that were involved in the

AMG were absolutely brilliant . All of their carers were polite and attentive. Mum really looked forward daily to them coming and she was so disappointed when she had to switch to another care provide company after establishing rapport and confidence with them . She would thoroughly recommend them

Really good care service. All Caregivers are of a good standard with some being excellent. They are will to answer any questions you have with respect of the care being offered. All have been friendly and are willing to make suggestions regarding the care of the patient. I would recommend them to friends

My elderly mother has been with AMG for at least three years now after coming out of hospital with a broken leg. The care she has received in all of that time has been exemplary and has continued to be so through the last twelve months.
In a world where it is sometimes difficult to trust people, there
is no doubt in my mind that those individuals who have been looking after my Mum have shown the very highest levels of integrity, professionalism and genuine care. This has been a great comfort to me, in the knowledge that Mum is so incredibly well looked after.
On visits home, everyone has made time to talk with me and share their observations of Mum - both her physical and mental wellbeing, and I have heard and seen first hand how much care and attention is given to help her retain a degree of independence, and even more importantly her dignity and self worth.
The nature of such dedication cannot be underestimated - both my Mum and I remain extremely grateful to everyone involved.
