All my carers are great but one lady in particular goes the extra mile. All the ladies are very caring and make me feel at ease now that I need extra help with my care. I look forward to their visits every day.

Apex girls are very supportive and professional. They always check my friend has everything she needs and if I leave a note they write back to me. They have worked really well during coronavirus and I am pleased they are starting to have their injections.

Apex initially cared for my elderly mother - now in a care home - and, latterly, my father and that care is ongoing. The care offered has been of the highest standard and there have been many times when the carers have gone the extra mile and much more when they have found either my father or mother
in difficulties and needing more help than usual. Mostly, the staff have been able to deal with those situations themselves but, where there was clearly a significant medical problem, they contacted the relevant support agency. The staff are professional, courteous, eminently competent and versatile in what they are prepared to do. That approach has been tested of late given the huge pressures placed on caring staff by Covid-19 but there has been no diminution of the service at all: it remains first class. My father not only relies on the service but positively looks forward to the twice-daily visits and regards the carers as ( very professional) friends. All very, very good.

Wonderful bunch of girls (carers). It's a shame that the office lets the field workers down, the latest being a new carer to the company (2 weeks) and still has no Identity card. Disgraceful.

Dear Peter, thank you for submitting your feedback. We have been reviewing the incident in question, and your carer has explained they were waiting on their tunic while they were beginning their shadowing before they officially started work. We always issue ID badges first, but our recruitment team are working very hard to issue each new member of staff an official tunic as soon as they start work.
