All carers are very understanding. Good to have support in our hour of need and a relief to know, if a 'hiccup' in future, that we can rely on Bluebird Care to help. My husband suffered severe gout in both hands so help was urgent, luckily he recovered after ten days.

Excellent standard of care given to my mum who has Dementia, she loves them all who visit and help her! Highly recommend Bluebird carers, they would do anything for her, and it's nice to know that someone helps her get washed and dressed.

My husband has been receiving twice daily calls from your Carers for support with his personal care since February 2023 and this has proven to be such a help, both to him and to myself.
They are kind, friendly, cheerful, and efficient and it is a pleasure to see them each day.
In the main the times
they arrive are consistent, barring the odd glitch when I'm aware they are perhaps overstretched because of illness or absence, and when there has been an emergency which has thrown the timetable a little I have always been pre-notified by the admin staff.
I have never had a missed call. They have been totally reliable.

We are pleased with the care given on the social level that is needed. The Bluebird ladies are very sociable and easy to get along with. The timing is sometimes a bit out but that is OK, they have to get here and traffic, etc can be a problem. They are easy to chat with and good company.

After my mum came out of the hospital, we needed some additional care to help her get back on her feet. Having some experience in the care sector with my late father, it was important for me to find the right company for my mother. Blue Bird have been fantastic from day one - friendly professional staff,
excellent admin backup, what more could you ask for. Highly recommended.

The assessment process was fast, managers were responsive to my grandmother's support needs, delivering effective care, the carers were lovely and my grandmother enjoyed their visits. Outstanding

My mum being a new client to Bluebird Care has settled in well with all your lovely carers, naturally all having individual personalities she’s already established her favourites and asks when will I see you again! She relays to me little conversations saying which carers have children and if they live
in the area etc, which I feel is lovely as Mum likes to think she knows them.
All Bluebird, staff are kind, caring and efficient, they are both respectful and friendly and a big confidence booster to both my mother and myself.
My mum asks how long can she have these ladies coming in and I reply forever so in my mind that speaks for itself.

My dad and mum have been with Bluebird Care recently in the last few months. Bluebird visit every morning and evening. Also at lunchtime at weekends. They both get on well with all the staff who visit. The carers are efficient, caring and kind.

The carers that have been looking after my mum have been great! They are kind and caring and always make Mum feel at ease when they are there. The communication is excellent and they have taken on board any suggestions I have made to make Mum's care better. Dealing with Bluebird has been very straight

I have been very impressed with Bluebird Care. All the carers that look after my mum have been very friendly and professional. Nothing has been too much trouble. The office has also been very helpful and professional. I have had previous experience with a care company some years ago when my dad needed
care. This was not a very good experience. I am so pleased that Bluebird have been exceptionally helpful and professional and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a care company that you can rely on.

We employed Bluebird Care to help our father back in April 2022. Thank goodness! They have been wonderful throughout, providing gentle, loving care for Dad for his last months. Ensuring he was as comfortable as possible and that the family were always kept informed of how he was doing and if he needed
anything additional. It was sometimes a really difficult situation for the team as Dad was at times quite unwell but they were always cheerful and professional. As a family, they all meant the world to us. Thanks go to all of the carers, you were fab!
The day that Dad died, two carers were amazing and in those circumstances, helped to make it the best day for him that it could have been, they were also a great support to us and we will always be grateful. Dad was really fond of the whole team and I know they were of him too. Thanks to you all.

Full of praise for the carers who came in to look after dad and support him with his daily needs. The carers were always positive and very respectful towards dad. They made a difficult job look easy.
Dealing with Bluebird Care has been very easy and the staff in the office have been very reassuring.
Nothing has been too much trouble and we always received a call if there was a problem.
Now, dad's care has regrettably come to an end, our family would like to thank you for your professionalism and kindness in looking after dad.

We have been very happy with Bluebird. The carers were cheerful and positive - always careful and gentle. My mother, who was sore and anxious, quickly began to look forward to their visits and enjoyed them, and she became comfortable again and much more confident. She hated being dependent and ill in
her extreme old age. The kindness and care of Bluebird's carers turned her experience around and gave her positive pleasure and relaxation. The quality of care she received really did transform the final year of her life.
I should add that the experienced, tactful and practical help I got from the carers made what would have been difficult into something much more fun. They kept an eye on supplies, explained various bits of equipment and helped me keep control. Their comments enabled me to judge whether I needed to call others in, such as nurses or not. Really wonderful service from Bluebird. Thank you.

Over two years, Bluebird carers came in daily to support our mother then our father. It is a very difficult time organising care for beloved parents, and Bluebird showed kindness, experience and professionalism. There was always a friendly voice on the phone for any queries and support with the health
services. The carers had a way of working with our parents where they accepted and welcomed the care, after initial anxieties.

With Bluebird carers helping my father with his day-to-day needs, he was able to live his life in his own home and not need to go into a care home. From their first involvement in my father's care, it was obvious that Bluebird operates on an extensive, professional level. Carers were always friendly
and interested in his life and made time to converse with him. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
