Punctual, welcoming, cheerful and always willing to work as required. Whether it's cleaning, polishing, hoovering and even cooking they are on to it. We are very pleased and would highly recommend them.

Bluebird Care assisted my Mum in her last days. She was kept clean and comfortable daily. Although the carers attended to her four times a day, they were always friendly, kind and courteous to the family at a very difficult time. Thoughtless actions during one visit did result in extra work for the
family, but overall the carers were helpful and allowed us to have quality time with Mum.

Bluebird Care Rother & Hastings has been a lifesaver for my husband, for me and also for our cat. Bluebird carers have been helping me to help my husband when I was suddenly taken ill myself and finished up in hospital. Bluebird excelled by stepping in replacing my normal care for my husband but also
caring for our cat with her food. This meant less stress for me, knowing both my husband and cat were not left alone while I was in hospital. Bluebird carers are a very efficient happy team. Very capable, very trustworthy and very good-humoured. Putting us all at ease. Well done Bluebird your care is so appreciated.

Bluebird Care provided our mother with home care for several years and their team was always consistently professional, flexible and friendly. They adapted their service to meet her needs at every step and the carers and the office personnel were such a wonderful support not only to my mother but to
the family as we navigated our mother's journey.
I truly cannot praise the Bluebird team enough, both in the field and the office, for all they did and would recommend them wholeheartedly to care for a loved one at home.

Bluebird carers were excellent caring for my wife with a rare dementia PCA.
They provided whatever care I needed from 1 hours to 2 carers twice a day and overnight respite.

I was looked after very well by Bluebird Care. They tailored their support to my individual needs. They were helpful, kind and there for me when I was in a bad way. I would not have managed to do so well and recover so quickly without their support. I am grateful for all the lovely staff and management
who looked after me so well, made me laugh at times and listened to me and went beyond their call of duty sometimes.

We are extremely appreciative of the excellent care given to Dad by Bluebird Care. The showering and help with morning and evening dressing have been an enormous support, helping him to retain his independence. Dad looks forward to the visits and the cheerfulness shown by the carers.

Used Bluebirds Care Eastbourne & Wealden for my elderly mother, four visits a week including showers, lunches and all forms of care. Never had any issues - they have come in with a key and dealt with Mum in a friendly, kind but professional manner, including the daily 'sing-song' as she moved further
into dementia. Sadly, my mother is in full-time care now as her dementia worsened and we will miss the visits from the staff at Bluebird who became part of the family.
Back office staff have been superb with invoices and timetables, the whole business is organised and professional.
Thank you all - highly recommended and brilliant.

Overall, I am happy with the girls. They are very hard working and helpful however I do think it is very expensive per hour.
I do not like the 48 hours notice for cancelling, it's too long, 24 hours should be long enough.
I am hoping that, if the timing of my visit changes from what is written down
on my visit schedule the staff or management will phone me to let me know.

All the carers have been good, friendly yet professional. My only comment is, there have been many carers and each time we get a new one I have to show them what to do.
Please could we now stick with the present carers and not have anyone else new.
The extra fee at weekends means we can't afford
it then.

Bluebird Care has been supporting my mother for nearly two years now and their visits (always on time) brighten up her day as well as give us, her children, the reassurance that her day-to-day medical and domestic needs are being met in a professional, reliable and cheerful way and in a manner that
she is comfortable with. The team are endlessly flexible when aligning diaries for appointments and commitments that arise which we really appreciate.

We have been using Bluebird Care for several years now. Starting from my mother's recovery from a minor stroke to advanced dementia now, in her 90s.
They have always supported us wonderfully, everyday care is almost always carried out to a superb standard. Often going significantly above and beyond.
Increasing
needs have been met far quicker than we would expect. The inevitable crises that find us have been met without demur. Packages put in place rapidly and effectively.

Bluebird Care, Eastbourne was recommended to us a few years ago after my mother-in-law spent some time in respite care after a fall.
Her previous home 'carers' were anything but and we wanted better for her.
I cannot praise Bluebird highly enough. From keeping her and her flat clean and sweet smelling
to the professional yet gentle ways they treated her, always respecting her slightly eccentric preferences and wishes which stemmed from her decline into dementia.
They were obviously all dedicated to her wellbeing and happiness - from the carers who visited to the management and reception team.
They kept in touch with us regularly and were always there to help.
Because of Bluebird, my mother-in-law was able to live independently for several more years before her disease got the better of her, and she was reluctantly moved into permanent residential care in June.
Thank you, Bluebird, for enabling my lovely mother-in-law to stay in her home for as long as possible.

The care my husband received was, without doubt, nothing short of exceptional. All staff were professional and made sure his dignity was respected at all times. After some initial problems regarding start times, I now have a regular carer who is both very pleasant and efficient. She is always on time (traffic allowing) and carries out the care plan in a friendly and dignified way.
