Overall Experience

My experience with Bluebird Care has been pleasant & very helpful - Pleasant in the company of sympathetic ladies & helpful in the willingness to assist in making helpful chores easier to manage
I felt comfortable asking for personal aid such as showering.

Overall Experience

We started getting Bluebird carers in a couple of months ago to help mum prepare her lunch, check she's taken her medication, tidy up the kitchen and wash any breakfast pots and have a little chat with her.
They have all arrived around the time agreed and not let us down. They use the key safe to

let themselves in and so far this is working well for mum.
If in the future she needs more help, we won't hesitate to increase the hours with them.
Thank you, your service has taken some of the pressure off, knowing you are keeping an eye on her.

Overall Experience

It is my honest opinion that the care my father recieves from the Bluebird staff is somewhat exceptional. All staff I have met are extremely friendly and attentive. There is one member of staff who definitley goes out of her way to ensure my dad is more than comfortable and would go as far as saying

that she sees it more than a job, its like looking after a family member. What a beautiful person.

Friendly staff. Felt comfortable during personal care as I was apprehensive beforehand. Helpful with tasks I was having difficulty with. Would certainly recommend them and would use them again if it were needed.

Overall Experience

My mum was very independent but, due to dementia, this was slowly beginning to change with some parts of her daily life. From first meeting with the manager, we were impressed. How she interacted with us, especially my mum, explaining everything and listening to us all was very comforting. This allowed

mum to still do things for herself as much as possible. Meeting the care co-ordinator and some of the carers made us believe even more we had chosen right. We thought we might have my mum objecting but she has taken to everyone straight away and says she really likes everyone. Thank so much Bluebird team.

I would highly recommend Bluebird Care Trafford, they have been fantastic and very professional from the initial meeting with myself and my mum. Great care was taken to ensure that my mum's needs were taken care of. Every single carer who came into contact with my mum was fantastic.

Care in the morning for my wife is excellent. We have the same lady most mornings. The care in the PM not quite as good as there are lots of different staff.

Overall Experience

My experience has been nothing but positive. The carers really help me and ask me what I need and also if I'm having a bad day they always listen and make me feel better. If I have any problems I know I can phone the staff and they sort it out for me.

Very pleased with the standard of care provided by Bluebird Care thus far. Particularly, Mum's main morning carer (Monday-Thursday). We had an issue with one of the weekend carers not arriving on time or attempting to engage in conversation with Mum. But this appears to be an exception of one individual,

all other carers have been polite, professional and very courteous. Any interaction with the office staff has also been very friendly, helpful and professional.

Bluebird Care has provided an excellent care and support service for my mum during the past twelve months. We have had an excellent experience with Bluebird Care Trafford. They have been incredibly supportive and responsive to the unique needs of my son. The staff are compassionate, patient and well-trained, consistently demonstrating a genuine understanding of his challenges. They ensure he feels comfortable

Overall Experience

Bluebird Care was recommended to us by my cousin but we live in a different area. It has been a successful find, only stopping because I took early retirement and can look after my mum. But should I need any additional support, I've asked the manager if I can pick the help again when needed. The staff

are friendly and given my mum someone to chat with during a long day when I was at work. Highly recommended and again, thank you for your help.

Overall Experience

We started using Bluebird Care Rochdale when my dad became ill and we were unable to provide the care he needed. After an initial assessment, a care plan was arranged to suit our requirements which was perfect for my dad. The carers were amazing, always punctual, professional in their jobs and went

above and beyond their job roles. They also formed a friendship with my mum, who is terminally ill, and looked forward to her chats with the carers. An unexpected hospital admission for my dad upset his care routine but we didn't have to worry as we were in regular contact with the amazing, organised management team who were able to adjust his plan and change it to suit Dad on his discharge from hospital. The changes were often requested at short notice from ourselves but nothing was too much trouble for the Bluebird team who handled all our worries and changes with professionalism, care and understanding.
I have nothing but praise for Bluebird Rochdale and all its staff.

I would highly recommend Bluebird Care Trafford, they have been fantastic and very professional from the initial meeting with myself and my mum.
