The staff at Bluebird in Tarleton are truly amazing, all the way down from the management to the care workers are 5 star. The girls who visit are alway very professional, caring, and well turned out. The management always try to send the same couple of ladies whenever possible which is a big help to
my mum with regards to familiaraty. They are very flecible and are happy to change days and times (sometimes at short notice), if the need arises. Truly excellent service all round.

Very pleased with the service provided. Carers are consistent, punctual and reliable. They provide an excellent standard of care and are friendly and approachable. Communication with me is excellent and any issues are quickly brought to my attention. I would highly recommend!

Without Bluebird Care, February would have been almost impossible, an accident at home left me with a host of hospital, doctors, physiotherapist appointments, the very last thing I needed, as a full time carer.
My wife requires round the clock help.
Bluebird Care were there for me, always with a smile,
having to rearrange there appointments to fit in with my ever changing plans.

Bluebird was recommended to me when my mother needed to return home after a short stay in a care home. Spaces were scarce and we had to wait a few weeks, but throughout this period, the management at Bluebird remained in regular contact with me. The care provided by the 'girls' is impressive, and nothing
seems too much trouble. They have always been supportive and provide knowledgeable suggestions for care advice. The carers provide support for virtually everything, and if they can't, they know which professional service we should contact. Thank you so much for all your support.

A great team of people who visit my mum and dad. Very friendly, caring and always willing to take on various tasks during their allocated time. Mum and Dad have both built very good relationships with the staff that visit them and are very happy with the support they receive. The manager and the Bluebird
team are very professional and caring, and I would recommend their services.

I have used Bluebird Care for both a live-in respite care package and afternoons of personal care. My husband suffers from anxiety and poor memory, but the provision of the same carers has reduced stress for both of us and provided a first-class level of care.

I cannot express in words adequately on how Bluebird Care has changed the quality of life for my Mother. Prior to arranging a care package with Bluebird my Mothers quality of life was declining rapidly and she seemed to be on a severe downward trend mentally and was losing weight.
Thankfully, with
significant help from the Bluebird team,, my mothers health and quality of life really has improved. The whole family trust and appreciate the Bluebird team from the manager through to all carers they carefully provide. They are reliable and always turn up on the agreed times. As well as the standard carer duties, it is the little touches that really impress us. These include, taking my mother out on impromptu trips, drives out or dealing with medication discrepancies with the local pharmacy. I cannot thank them enough.

I was looking into private care for my elderly parents, predominantly for my father but also to provide support to my mother who is his 'primary carer'. I had a list of companies to contact with regards to private care, however I was so impressed with my initial phone call with The Manager at Bluebird
Care Burnley & Pendle that I didn't contact any other private care providers. I met her a few days later at my parents house and I was further impressed with her professionalism and caring nature towards my parents. The manager and her team have been providing care to my parents since Sept 2024 and I cannot thank them enough for all the support and efforts. If you are looking for private care for your loved ones then I highly recommend you make contact with the manager to discuss the services which Bluebird Care Burnley & Pendle provide.

All the girls have plenty of patience with me and always do things with dignity and a smile. I would highly recommend Bluebird Care to all friends and family, the service you offer is second to none. After coming out of a care home, I was very nervous but the management went above and beyond and still
visit me, they genuinely care.

I put in Bluebird Care Package for my mum a year ago, and both myself and my mum are really happy with the care provided. My mum has onset dementia but mainly suffers with severe anxiety and panic attacks so it is really important that my mum sees the same regular carers all the time, which Bluebird
provide. Bluebird give me peace of mind and provide a wonderful service.

Bluebird Care have been very professional and caring in their approach to my mother in law. The initial assessment was thorough and illustrated that the company understood all the complexities of caring for elderly people in their own homes. They have been very flexible at short notice. I was also impressed
by the medical knowledge and observation of the individual who has been involved in the set up of the care plan.

My mother has used Bluebird Care at her home for nearly two years. The care she receives has always been fantastic. The carers are so caring and professional. Mum now calls them her friends! They always arrive on time and Mum really looks forward to the friendly chats and help she receives.
It is such
a weight off my and my family's shoulders knowing Mum is in such good hands.
Bluebird Care is run extremely professionally, the manager is always lovely and friendly and always helps if we need to alter arrangements. The app is brilliant too.

I first used this service when my husband had Alzheimer's and then died. I met such friendly and caring people who made my life bearable.
I have been treated with kindness and patience. I consider the carers to be friends. I have complete trust in them.

Timing of carer visits as per schedule.
Cares are compassionate, very friendly, trustworthy. Time permitting, will offer to carry out small extra jobs. Will make time for conversation where possible. Food preparation/presentation very good.

Bluebird Care started to look after my father in January 2022 and continued until his admission to hospital in November 2023.
During that time, I was fortunate enough to have a core of four regular who looked after my dad's needs with the utmost respect, care, consideration, kindness and diligence.
Bluebird,
as a company, appear to consider the emotional and physical well-being of their clients as a priority.
I Find them to be ethical, supportive, extremely reliable and honest.
I am very protective of my dad and would not hesitate to raise any concerns. However, I was more than happy with the quality of the care my father received.
I would recommend Bluebird Care to anyone and have done so previously.

Our relationship with Bluebird Care Chorley, Ormskirk & Leyland started when my mum needed a little help keeping on top of the cleaning and we just had 1 hour a week. Very quickly my mum started wanting them to come round to help with meal times and morning routines. My mum had a cat and all of the
carers made a fuss of the cat which made my mum happy. Whether it was jobs around the house, help with care or just company when the family couldn't be there, the whole Bluebird team did it with a smile and such a caring nature.
I would strongly recommend Bluebird for anyone considering a little extra help or needing more full time care, for over a year they have been a life saver for my mum and our family.
