It is unfortunate that we have had some staff shortages throughout the Covid Pandemic, and it has affected us the most throughout the recent months, although ensuring all of our customers received a care visit within the correct timescale throughout this period was of utmost importance to us. On the other hand, it is great to hear that your regular carer is providing you with excellent service.
