Caremark is a good care agency. Since the referral and assessment, everything I asked them for my son is taken into consideration. Carer are lovely always have a smile on their face. They listen to my advice towards my son's care and provide excellent care. It is easy to reach out to the office staff
as well. They are friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend them to anyone who's looking for a care agency for their loved ones.

This includes both the personal care and the social calls, that allows me to get out and about, since my spinal cord injury.

I am very pleased with the care my mum receives. The staff are very helpful in all ways. They keep me and my brother well informed about any concerning matters. They are all very friendly, helpful and very caring and me and my brother feel my mum is being looked after and cared for very well.

The live-in care for my mother was arranged quickly and efficiently. The quality of care provided has been extremely high. Issues with my mother's eating have been dealt with very sensitively and also with plenty of encouragement. Her personal needs have also been managed very carefully and with dignity.
Monitoring of the environment and the quality of care given has been very thorough. Overall the service we have received and are continuing to receive has been very impressive.

Caremark has provided a high standard of care for my Grandmother. The carers have provided great support with patience and attentive assistance with provision of meals, travelling to medical appointments, aiding walks and dressing.
Sometimes this has been challenging but the carers have dealt with
situations with consideration and respect.
Management of care coverage and administration has been good. The team at Chiltern have been very responsive to queries and getting in touch where required.

Good team of carers that work together for the benefit of clients. The carer does not always arrive on time but this is understandable. They cover a large area. I know I can rely on them to come. Always cheerful and only happy to leave when I am satisfied they cannot do anything else for me. My husband
is happy. That is my main concern.

I have been using Caremark for almost 11 years and I'm very happy with the service I receive. I don't like having different carers everyday, so they have made sure I have the same carer 6 days a week for my 3 times a day calls. I have personal and domestic care with the same lady.

Caremark have been providing 24-hour care to my sister for the last 30 months and continue to do so. I would like to say how impressed I have been with every aspect of the care that has been provided. The management has been extremely diligent in ensuring that my sister's carers are supported in every
way. The standard of care itself has been exceptional with the carers that Caremark have provided. There has been a high continuity with the carers which has reassured my sister as she is unsettled by any change. These carers have had to adapt to my sister's increasing immobility and have done so with grace and cheerfulness. My sister has not always found life easy but the overall positive care she continues to receive has enabled her to have real peace of mind. I’m writing this because I want to acknowledge the excellence of her continuing care over this time.

My father has remained in the home he loves due to the friendly and professional care from Caremark. His level of care has increased from two visits per day, to three per day, and now a 24/7 live-in carer. All those who know him have remarked how my father has transformed in his engagement, conversation
and demeanour. He really enjoys his care visits and the wonderful, positive nature of the carers. I also liaise frequently with the office team, and they too are wonderfully professional and personable. I am so glad we went down the homecare route with Caremark, rather than exploring a care home.

We have been always been happy with the carers who looks after our father. They are friendly and helpful and always check on how he is doing.
