I am impressed and grateful for the service I have received from Caremark. The staff are well-trained, professional and well-supervised. They never let us down, and phoned if a carer might be late. I always felt they were concerned to help my husband and me as much as possible and were not primarily
concerned with making a profit. The initial contacts were thorough and as my husband's needs changed they were responsive and thoughtful. I found it easy to contact them and felt they worked as a team. Although we needed to get used to a number of different carers over the months, my husband greeted them with a smile. I would recommend them.

My personal review of Caremark is a very positive, very good and upbeat recommendation that they are a good, profesional, friendly, competent, well organised and good humoured caring organisation. I have employed Caremark to visit and care for both my Uncle and my Mother. Sadly my Uncle passed away
and now Caremark are solely caring for my Mother. I am so pleased I have employed Caremark who were highly recommended by Healthcare in early December 2024 when my Uncle aged 95 returned home from hospital. my Mother is aged 97 this April.

I changed to Caremark after my old agency didn't follow the instructions asked. Caremark have been so helpful all the way from the original enquiry to the carers started and still are now nothing is too much trouble for these guys they are such a pleasure to have in my property couldn't fault them at
all 10/10

Excellent service and very reliable. Staff are really friendly, motivated and diligent. Visiting times are not always convenient especially in the evenings. Very flexible around hospital visits etc.

The year under review had a significant change in the provision of service to me. I had a stable carer. He was consistent and quite regular on the three days he attends to me. He alerts me when he is about 15 minutes to get to my place. This gives me enough time to prepare for his arrival. He baths
and cream me. He assists in the wearing of clothes. When time permits, he does other chores like cleaning and emptying of the bins etc.

What an amazing provider of care when I am at my lowest point after an accident. If I need help they answer my call straight away, the care manager came to my home and established my needs and they are being provided with great care, support and a genuine willingness to provide great service.

I received a call from Mum at 7:20am yesterday. I missed the call but she left me a long message and she sounded very down and at death's door. I didn't hear anymore from the carers that give her meds so assumed she was OK. I received another call from Mum at 1:20pm this time she was positively ecstatic
and extremely happy with the time she had had with her carer. They had gone to Saffron Walden, one of Mum's favourite places and mum was really singing her carers praises. I just wanted to report this and send our thanks and warmest regards to Precious for making Mum so happy.

My carer is very helpful, considerate and goes beyond if I am in trouble. She always looks smart and has all the gloves etc with her. She is always on time and if she has to be early then the time I am allotted she always tries to help. She always has a smile on her face and always asks if I have had
a good night and am sore anywhere.

I have been using Caremark since my discharge from hospital in Sept. 2024 after 5 weeks in hospital and I have not regretted it once. I have had a stoke. plus heart and other health issues but never needed care before so it was difficult to come to terms with it at 79 years of age.
I need not have
worried, the level of care is outstanding they gave me the confidence to accept their help which I needed. I feel like I am being looked after by family members, not by somebody being paid to so do.
I now look forward to their visits every morning and when something cropped that required more time to resolve the support admin, side responded quickly and efficiently.
