Thank you so much for your feedback. We are very pleased you have had an overall positive experience with Noble. Your care workers should be flexible around your needs and the timings of your needs. Care workers should also be solely focused on your care whilst in placement unless they are on their daily breaks. Thank you for confirming during your visit from a staff member yesterday, that you meant carers making calls to home whilst on their daily break. Please do raise any future concerns to your locality care manager as soon as they arise so we can support you to resolve.
