They receive well above the National Minimum Wage and undergo comprehensive training to ensure high-quality care. We also refute the claim regarding impossible travel schedules or lack of travel compensation-our carers have manageable workloads and receive appropriate allowances. Kare Plus Redbridge has provided person-centred care in the community for over 12 years, committed to client well-being. While the start of care can come with adjustments, our trained team works diligently to provide safe, compassionate support.
