I came home from hospital and needed someone to change my compression stockings. I was visited on alternate mornings by kind, considerate, warm and friendly care providers. They took time to talk to us and to include my husband in the conversation. We feel privileged to have received their care. The
stockings came off today for the last time it was like saying goodbye to real friends. I think that says it all.

Review of

Nationwide Care Services Ltd (Worcester)

The Nationwide care team looked after my mother from May 2022 until her death in August 2022, following a couple of stays in hospital and becoming bed bound. They showed her care and friendship and great concern for her welfare. The carers were respectful towards her and her dignity as well as to her
property, leaving the flat tidy. There was good continuity with the carers that she saw and so mum was able to recognise people and faces, this familiarity helped her to be at ease and for the carers to get to know her. They ensured that she was always left with food, treats and drinks between visits. We could see that she was happy with the relationships as she would smile when she saw them come in. There was good communication between us and the care team to ensure that mum had everything that she needed. We know towards the end of her life it was becoming harder for the carers to witness the decline and we thank them for the continued care and friendship they showed her.
