Network Healthcare - Care at Home Dursley

Network provide care for my mum and they are brilliant. They've become so important to us and Mum adores her carers. Everyone we've met has been fantastic and the office can't help you enough. Couldn't be happier with the support.

Firstly the office staff are rude and they definitely don't see the human side of all this - it's just rules and regulations to them. Secondly they are disorganised - it took them days to do a stool test as requested. Thirdly the time windows they give for emergency care are ridiculously broad - 8am-2pm
and 4pm-10pm. When someone needs the toilet and has no idea when they might come it's really stressful and of course it's highly likely there will be an accident which is an issue of human dignity. They couldn't care less. Take it or leave it. I'd rather pay my own money than have my dad sit in his own faeces thanks. But they have this area of care sown up as Sirona uses them so they do what they like.

Network Healthcare - Care at Home Dursley

from Anna B (Client) published on 10 October 2022

I've had some lovely carers who I can have banter and fun with and have enjoyed their visits.
I've now had a carer, who talks rudely and unkindly towards me and makes me feel angry and upset, as I've not deserved the way I'm talked to.
The carer has made the decision that I should wash myself and
do everything for myself apart from some assistance with dressing and leaving medication in a pot on the table and leaving.
I've phoned the office to inform them about the carer's rude and unfriendly behaviour towards me, but nothing changes.
The times the carers arrive has started getting later through the morning, and I'm left wondering if they're even going to be turning up.
I'm told that I should be getting myself sorted before they arrive and that they're not here to assist me with washing myself, etc. even though it's in my care plan.
It's such a shame as it started so well and I was pleased with my care at the start, but it has begun to go downhill.

I enjoy all visits as we always have topical conversation and a laugh, I regard them as friends, are fully reliant on their excellent care.

From up until just after Christmas the care was exceptional but due to an intake of new staff the care quality has gone down. There seems to be a lack of communication. Although Mum doesn't speaks they expect her to just open her mouth to eat and that's not the case. The carers that have been coming
from the beginning converse with her and that must make the job easier because she is awake and aware.

Network Healthcare - Care at Home Bristol

from Poppy S (Daughter of Client) published on 24 October 2018

Quite simply, the carers from Network Healthcare who have looked after my elderly father at home in the last 9 months, are not just human beings they are Angels! As well as providing a professional, deeply caring service to my father, they also supported me emotionally. They kept me up to date, often
daily, on how he was doing, sometimes just to let me know that he was tucked up warm and happy in bed which was so reassuring. In the last few weeks, dad's dementia deteriorated rapidly and the advice and support they offered was invaluable. There isn't enough room here to list the individual acts of kindness shown. I will never forget these wonderful individuals (you know who you are). Thank you so much, you changed the quality of our lives, and I will always be grateful.

How amazing are the team caring for my mum I cannot thank you enough for your attention to mum’s needs and you are all very kind and gentle.
I cannot believe you are on foot to make sure each patient gets a visit in severe weather conditions.
Thank you so much, Lisa and family

Network Healthcare provided an excellent service to my daughter, she enjoyed all the support workers visits and felt happy and confident in their care.
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to anyone - they went above and beyond to support my daughter at short notice and the staff
were highly qualified and very reliable.
