Overall Experience

Very happy with service provided. Recruitment Consultant easily contactable for any changes, and very helpful. Carer punctual and friendly. She has worked hard to be accepted by my mother, who with Alzheimer’s does not like change. She carries out all required duties with a smile and gentle manner.

Would recommend.

Excellent service. Punctual, caring and reliable.
Nurse Plus was used to provide overnight care for my father who has dementia. The communication was very good from the managers, and the nurse staff were experienced and highly competent!

My husband spent the last week of his life at home. The service throughout the night given by the amazing team at Nurseplus was excellent in every way and as a family, we can't thank them enough. They were all so caring and compassionate, right to the very end.

Overall Experience

The management knows the needs of the client and the suitability of the carer provided. They are prepared to be flexible. Their carers are well trained and the training up to date. I enjoy the carer's company but she does not waste time, is utterly trustworthy and good at what she does. All Covid-19

rules are kept.

Overall Experience

Nurse Plus Dorchester provides my mother, in her nineties, with mature, intelligent, human, respectful, supportive, dignifying, care in her home three times a week.
There is consistency and reliability of care by the carer, supported by an involved, helpful and sympathetic branch manager.
All documentation,

reports and records are clean and transparent as are all aspects of changes and invoicing. A delightful key support for mum and a great reassurance to the family and superb value for such quality.

Overall Experience

Nurse Plus has provided an exceptional service. Without them, my mother's life would be considerably less comfortable. The carers treat her with respect and kindness and perform their duties efficiently.
The management are always approachable and make every effort to ensure that the care provided

is to the highest standard. I don't know what we would do without them. They enable mum to stay in her own home and live her life in the surroundings she loves.

Overall Experience

We care for my cousin who is 90 years old. She is in good health physically but her memory is now quite bad. Our aim is to keep her in her own home as she is very happy there. Nurse Plus have cared for her approximately 2 years. They have been fantastic and go out of their way to ensure my cousin's

life is as comfortable and safe as possible (taking her to the hairdressers etc). They also involve us and keep us updated. She refers to Nurse Plus staff as her friends.

Overall Experience

Nurse Plus staff treat my mother with dignity and respect at all times and allow her to continue with her independent living at home which is of paramount independence.

Your carers are polite and courteous at all times and use initiative in all aspects of care with my mother.

Overall Experience

Nurse Plus have been very kind and caring to my mother and my aunt. They have been as flexible as possible to try and accommodate their clients, my mother and my aunt, my mother goes to church every Sunday and they have managed to schedule visits before I take my mum likewise my aunt. They have managed

to schedule a realistic bedtime at 9:15pm. Well done to Nurse Plus.

The carers are excellent. They are very good. They first looked after my husband for over two years and when he passed away, they now looked after me. They are so friendly and always make time to sit and chat to me. I am so relieved they come to me. I have even recommended Nurse Plus to friends.

Overall Experience

I am a carer for my mother, we use Nurse Plus for night time sittings using auxiliary staff from 10pm-7am. Visits are well organised, we get notice of sitters, good consistently and good communication. First point of contact is home care co-ordinator who is excellent.
