Overall Experience

I have been using Sure care for nearly 12 months for my mother.
I have not have any issues and they deliver compassionate holistic care. I have excellent communication with the Team manager who ensures my mother receives they correct care any we have regular reviews to enable us to maintain she receives

the correct care which she requires.
Mum is always included in her care which she receives and listened too. This is an important aspect of her care to ensure that she has a say and inline with relevant legislation.

It is sadness that my husband passed away last week, but right up to end my husband and myself could not praise the day staff enough for all they did and the CARE they gave him, they could see the pain he was suffering but every so gentle and telling my husband what they were going to do next. Always

Polite smile on their faces and my husband would have a laugh were he could.
Also the night staff, we really really appreciated all that you did for my husband, and with your care and thoughtfulness you made his days on earth bearable.

Surecare have been absolutely amazing since our very first contact with the manager who from the start reassured us that our mothers care is their top priority as it is with all of their patients.
The carers provided have been of the highest level & so professional. They have made our mother so comfortable

at home during this difficult time.

Overall Experience

My carers are very helpful and kind and i have made new friends with them. They help me when i need and support me mentally. The service is fantastic and they lift a lot of weght of my parents shoulders.

Overall Experience

Surecare provided care for the last 18 months for my mother-in-law, visiting 4 times a day to attend to all of her personal care needs. She has now sadly passed away. We would like to thank all the carers and management for all of their support through some very challenging and difficult circumstances.

They all showed great respect, kindness and empathy.

The SureCare team were a godsend when my father needed care at home. We started with a few hours a week but as my father became comfortable with the carers we increased the hours, eventually employing carers for the occasional few days of 24/7 care to enable his partner some respite. The flexibility

of Surecare to meet our needs was second to none. The carers became friends with my father and he looked forward to their company. They never let us down and I would recommend their services without hesitation. Unfortunately, my father's needs became too complex and he now resides in a Residential Care home but prior to the recruitment of Surecare, for care and companionship at my father's home, was definitely the right decision.

We found SureCare to be an amazing care company. All the way from management to the care staff attending. We were always kept up to date with any updates to the service they provided. The care staff were really good to my mum, their attention to detail and care was 100%. Whenever there was an emergency

etc, the management accommodated us with options that suited the family. We would recommend SureCare as a caring company with understanding staff and management.

Overall Experience

Surecare were excellent. Providing professional care for over 12 months to our dear friend until his passing on 30th September 2024. Prompt, thorough and attentive at all times. Our friend had suffered a stroke in 2018 and moved back to the Tameside area from Halifax.
Our friend subsequently had mobility

problems but using his walker could walk a little, speech problems ensued and incontinence at times. Our friend looked forward to the carers calling to attend to him. Compassionate. Thorough and sensitive to our friends needs Surecare Staff were so very caring and any concerns would be addressed and dealt with immediately always in a professional manner. I would certainly highly recommend Surecare.

I cannot thank Surecare enough for their kindness and professionalism as they continue to provide care for my mum thus enabling her to stay in the comfort of her own home. Admittedly, I was rather skeptical at first which am sure is understandable, but I absolutely needn't have been, her every need

is taken care of and any change in medication is promptly adhered to. Surecare has removed so much pressure from myself with their reliability and care whereby now, I can just be her daughter, and most importantly, mum is happy too.
