When first looking for care for Mum a couple of years ago the choice of care companies seemed overwhelming. However, based on SureCare's very good reviews we decided to go with them, and I'm so glad we did. Mum is now 98 and still managing her own home, thanks to the lovely, kind and competent team
at SureCare. She has great confidence in the lovely carers who visit four times a day, they treat her with so much kindness and really listen to her needs. The office staff are equally excellent - always very friendly and professional, and in regular communication with Mum and me to make sure that all is well, which is extremely reassuring for both of us.
Both Mum and I couldn't recommend SureCare more highly, they really do care, in every sense of the word.

SureCare have been invaluable in caring for my elderly and unwell farther for the past few months. They are proactive with his care and health needs, always suggesting ways to make his life more comfortable. They contact the GP when needed, they are always punctual, polite, kind and offer the most
incredible service. I honestly cannot thank them enough and feel very blessed to have found them. I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a care team.

Surecare looked after my dad for over a year and we couldn't have been happier with his care. The management and care teams were friendly, loving, caring, and efficient. Special mention must go to two carers in particular who were very integral to Dad's care. Thank you.

The best accolade I can give this carer is when she is looking after my dad I know he is safe, warm, and well looked after. She always goes that extra mile with him. When I see her with my dad I can see she genuinely cares for him with respect and dignity and not just because it is her job. We all know
the saying "Treat them and look after them as your own parents", and she does.

We are very satisfied with the care given to my mother-in-law over the past 12 months. The carers and managers are caring, compassionate and professional. We have got to know all the staff who care for her and think very highly of them all. I don't know how we would have managed without their care and
guidance.

I have used the services of Sure Care (North Leeds) for 9 months. I was initially apprehensive about having someone assist me in showering and dressing afterwards. A 5 week stay in hospital had however removed any modesty that I may have had. I now look forward to my weekly visits which also include
the removal, washing and replacement with another pair of compression stockings. This was the primary reason I needed help as I could not shower with the stockings on, and also the application of cream to my feet and lower legs is necessary. I had an interview at home to start with in which I was introduced to my principal carer and my needs were discussed. Since then their service in my opinion has been immaculate. I cannot praise them enough and would most happily recommend them.

Finding the right care provider that does what they say they will is invaluable. I would completely recommend SureCare. They cared for Dad, for a number of months, daily. Until it became impossible with his dementia and extensive wandering, that he's now in a home. We followed the manager over to this
company in January 2023. Someone who is a care manager in every sense of the word. A care plan was put in place with Dad's needs. A primary carer who was an absolute delight. She had such a connection and understanding of Dad from the start, she was matched perfectly. Adapting to all his little dementia traits. Going that extra mile, quite literally! Updating the app in a way that I could see exactly what Dad had been provided with following each visit. They really were like an extension of our family, with nothing being too much trouble! I believe without their quality of support, Dad wouldn't have had those extra months at home that he had.

After nervously accepting help for my mother who has dementia, both my brother and I are delighted how well care seems to have been accepted. Managers are very approachable and always willing to solve any problems. Our mum has gone back to being the smart lady she always was everyday. Staff go over
and above the little extras, which takes the pressure off us as a family and myself, who is paralysed and unable to do for my lovely mother who all her life did for others. We have noticed she is far happier, so thank you all staff at Batley SureCare team, you are our angels. I know how difficult your jobs can be, as I was a manager for over thirty-five years and a carer for seven years. One of the most undervalued, underpaid jobs, but in my eyes one of the most rewarding jobs when done right. Well done to every single one of you, my mum would say the same if she could. Dementia is terrible, but we know when Mum is content and unhappy and she is content. Thank you for your care from an appreciative son and daughter.

I initially completed an online form to enquire about care for my father, as the hospital were having difficulty in arranging a discharge plus my father was getting increasingly distressed. The next morning I had a phone call from the Care coordinator who was compassionate, organized and very knowledgeable
about the care that we needed. It was the Friday of a bank holiday and initially, we didn't think the care could be organized until after the weekend but after communicating with the hospital and the care coordinator came and did a thorough assessment. My father was home at 15.30 the same day.
My father's care from the team was wonderful and highly professional. They took care of my father's drugs, recognising when there had been an error and sorted it. My father really enjoyed the company of all the carers for the 6 weeks he agreed to them. They beautifully filled the stopgap in supportive care after discharge. They also supported me. I highly recommend this company.

The staff at SureCare are very understanding of my mother's needs and of her anxieties when they arise. The carers are compassionate and caring and demonstrate encouragement at times when there can be challenges. This has been achieved because the team have taken the time to listen to concerns, and
together we have been able to overcome obstacles, all the while respecting Mum's feelings. They constantly reassure Mum that her dignity is respected. Communication is excellent and prompt. I would have no hesitation in recommending SureCare. Professional with a capital 'P'.

We have been using SureCare (Calderdale & Kirklees) firstly for my mother until she went into a care home with dementia, she is 89, and now they care for my 91-year-old father. They give excellent service and are friendly, compassionate, caring and very helpful. Dad loves the visits and finds them excellent.
We have been using them for approximately about two years. Brilliant service.

Washed and dressed my father, who has dementia, 4 times a week. We had a regular carer who was very friendly and efficient and got on well with both my mum and dad.
My dad is now sadly in a care home, so we no longer require their service, but I would wholeheartedly recommend them.

In general, we have been happy with the standard of care given to my father. The staff are caring and have dealt with Dad in a compassionate manner, responding to his personality and being good company for him. Time has been taken to accommodate Dad's needs and foibles, which are many, varied and constantly
changing! We have had several emergency situations which have been responded to by care staff and management alike with quickness and efficiency in order to achieve the best outcome for Dad, on occasion going above and beyond.
My only disappointment has been the frequent change in carers, which has resulted in a constant ‘getting to know Dad’ situation and the specifics of his routines. When I set up the care, I wanted only a few carers involved so that he would make a relationship with them, and this has not happened. The manager/owner of the company, however, has been a constant to both myself and Dad and has always tried to resolve any issues.

I was really pleased with the care provided to my mother at the end of her life. The office staff and the carers were all kind, cheerful, helpful and competent. The carers quickly built a rapport with my mum and always did their best to meet her needs, nothing was too much trouble for them. The agency
was extremely adaptable and flexible as my mum's needs constantly changed. It was extremely useful to have the option of night care when my mum needed it. Sure Care provides a really great service.

Excellent service, and great people, with good attitudes. I have used three companies in the past as standards have always dropped, however, SureCare is the best one so far. I would recommend them as a top care company in West Yorkshire. Thank you for supporting my brother.
