I cannot thank Sure Care enough for their professionalism and the service they have provided to my father these last months at home. Special heartfelt thanks goes to two members of staff, in particular, for their kindness, and care not only to dad; but their kind concern and consideration to close
family also.

Two members of staff, in particular and in our opinion are two of the best day carers that you employ, they are always so cheerful respectful to my husband and myself and anyone else who might have called to see my husband. (Aways comment on how friendly they were)
Do their jobs so effectively (sometimes
under terrible conditions) and are ALWAYS SMILING and raise a laugh out of my husband. Nothing is too much trouble for them. I know you cannnot be happy all the time but BELIVE ME THESE TWO ARE, if they are having a rough day they NEVER EVER SHOW IT .
If there was an award for their hard work I would really recommend them for it. They deserve it

The staff and their team of carers have been excellent. My Mum's health has deteriorated rapidly, & they have gone out of their way to arrange & adapt care visits accordingly. All the carers are lovely, the app logging care visits is brilliant, & has given us all peace of mind during an extremely stressful
time. I highly recommend them.

I am beyond grateful that SureCare looked after my mother over the past few years. The two main carers always went beyond what was expected of them and she was so lucky to receive such a kind and caring service. Their support to me especially in her final days was faultless.
The office has been so
helpful in communicating with me about any concerns or issues raised.
I would without a shadow of a doubt recommend Surecare to anyone in need of a care service.

We have been using Surecare since my mum was diagnosed with Dementia and bed bound two and a half years ago and I am glad we were matched with this provider as there are many scary stories around. Have been professional and understanding since the outset. The carers they send all know their jobs well
and are compassionate so that even on the odd occasions where we don't get the regular carers, I am still confident and happy with who they send. All the carers have a great connection with my mum, even with mums language barriers, and even now when my mum sleeps a lot and isnt very talkative she still looks at them with a glow in her eyes, knowing she is cared for, and manages a whispered goodbye to the carers as she knows they are good people. Carers will do everything they can within their allowed remit. The office themselves are also superb, putting up with my awkward sitting requests with a smile and always pointing out that they are here for me as much as they are for my mum.

I regularly travel all over the country for work and being physically disabled, I have to arrange care in hotels everywhere I go. I'm so glad I found SureCare. The service has been excellent, the carers are friendly and reliable which is critical for my work. They are always able to provide care when
I stay in the area. The office staff have really helped by setting me up with other SureCare agencies around the country which enables me to expand my work. A really excellent service, I would definitely recommend SureCare Central Cheshire.

Following a recent hospital stay SureCare was very quick to respond when I found myself back home and unable to manage things on my own. I would like to thank the team for giving me peace of mind that I can be cared for at home rather than remaining in hospital. All needs are catered for whether it's
cleaning and laundry, personal care or collecting a prescription or some shopping. Would highly recommend.

Surecare provided care for the last 18 months for my mother-in-law, visiting 4 times a day to attend to all of her personal care needs. She has now sadly passed away. We would like to thank all the carers and management for all of their support through some very challenging and difficult circumstances.
They all showed great respect, kindness and empathy.

The SureCare team were a godsend when my father needed care at home. We started with a few hours a week but as my father became comfortable with the carers we increased the hours, eventually employing carers for the occasional few days of 24/7 care to enable his partner some respite. The flexibility
of Surecare to meet our needs was second to none. The carers became friends with my father and he looked forward to their company. They never let us down and I would recommend their services without hesitation. Unfortunately, my father's needs became too complex and he now resides in a Residential Care home but prior to the recruitment of Surecare, for care and companionship at my father's home, was definitely the right decision.

I have had an incredibly very positive experience with SureCare. Care and love are the frontline words. Thoughtful and friendly are also part of the service provision which makes it work on a more 'personal' basis without crossing boundaries as they all remain professional and clear in their observations
of their client's continuing, ongoing needs.

The carers are of a high quality and carry out their job in a very professional yet friendly manner. My mam has been poorly recently and is currently living away from home and she really misses seeing her Surecare friends. Surecare still look after my dad and it is nice to still have a connection with
Surecare. As a family we are more than satisfied with the service we receive from Surecare. This is a care provider I would highly recommend.

When first looking for care for Mum a couple of years ago the choice of care companies seemed overwhelming. However, based on SureCare's very good reviews we decided to go with them, and I'm so glad we did. Mum is now 98 and still managing her own home, thanks to the lovely, kind and competent team
at SureCare. She has great confidence in the lovely carers who visit four times a day, they treat her with so much kindness and really listen to her needs. The office staff are equally excellent - always very friendly and professional, and in regular communication with Mum and me to make sure that all is well, which is extremely reassuring for both of us.
Both Mum and I couldn't recommend SureCare more highly, they really do care, in every sense of the word.
