Being in the need for some form of help and support following a medical diagnosis of dementia, we were recommend by someone with a medical back ground to contact Radfield Home Care. We have been with them now for 5 months and can't fault the care and support they provide. The organisation is very professional
and well organised. Carers are trained to treat clients professionally and with a friendly manner. The unexpected additions such as acknowledging public holidays and personal anniversaries, though not expected, have been so appreciated. We are not just seen as customers Radfield more than live up to their reputation as a Care Company.

My mother has been looked after by Radfield for the past 8 years and they are all wonderful people.
She recently had a fall and broke her hip, they were there for her and a big help for me after I suffered a loss. I have total confidence in them and do recommend them to anyone looking for carers. They
treat us more like family than just doing a job which is priceless.

I cannot thank the team at Radfield Care enough. The live in carer we had was outstanding for my Nan the past 9 months.


The office team was also very supportive to myself and my family at this tough time, with personal home visits and being on hand whenever we needed.


We could not have got

through the last 9 months without the support we had. Thank you again for being there every step of the way with my nan until she passed peacefully at home.

We cannot recommend Radfield Home Care highly enough! From the first meeting through to Mum's unexpected death staff were beyond outstanding in every way. Patient, understanding, thoughtful, generous; all we could ever wish for. Mum looked forward to every visit and staff made us all feel we were so
much more than just clients.
We were reassured and gained some peace of mind that she was in the very best of hands when we weren't nearby. Communication was second to none; professional and compassionate, and flexibility was a given. They really knew Mum and went out of their way to anticipate her needs.
When it came to her death, words are totally inadequate to express our ongoing and immense gratitude for the way they handled every aspect of the difficult situation; far beyond what could learnt from any training..
Anticipating many years of increasing involvement with Radfield gave us confidence to face an uncertain future with some ease; but it wasn't to be. We honestly miss them!

We have had a great experience of care provision for our mother who has Dementia and additional physical health needs in Diabetes.
My brother and I are not local.
Management and the team have been so accommodating and flexible in the organisation and delivery of care. This with a gentle, compassionate
approach ensuring her needs are met and she is able to maintain her dignity and feel empowered in the receiving of care.

My brother has several care providers over the years - Radfield Home Care were by far the best. They gave fantastic physical care and also built up a personal connection so that both my brother and I considered them as friends. I always felt they had his best interests at the centre of his care. They
stepped in at short notice when needed and took on the responsibility for ordering things such as continence pads. I feel privileged to have worked with this brilliant team of carers.

My Mother has late stage Altzheimers, needing full time care in all aspects of mobility/personal care. My Father at 81yrs was unable to cope but extremely reluctant to bring in outside help. Even with a large family rallying round, we were at breaking point. The manager put me at ease from word go.
She was professional/caring and so understanding. She fine tuned a care plan, taking a hands on approach to ensure that both my parents needs/care were met with kindness/politeness and respect . She has trained and slowly introduced other carers so that dad is comfortable and relaxed about accepting help. Radfield Home Care is so adaptable in adding/cancelling shifts. Nothing is too much trouble for them. We, as a family, are now able to take a step back/take holidays, knowing Mum and Dad are in good hands. Their help and advice has been invaluable in enabling us to keep mum at home, safe/comfortable and where she belongs. I absolutely, 100% recommend them without hesitation.

Radfield's Guildford team assisted me with washing, food prep and general household tasks after breaking my leg. They have been nothing short of wonderful. Right after my in home assessment they arranged a care plan tailored to my needs on very short notice. Radfield's team of carers are amazing
- warm, friendly, efficient, and willing to help with anything and everything. They've made navigating a difficult time so much easier. With so many seemingly similar choices for in-home care, I feel lucky to have found Radfield.

From choosing to go with Radfield as care providers for my mum, my sister and I have only had a few instances of discrepencies between the notes and the care that was provided. This was dealt with immediately and response times from Deputy Care Manager and another member of staff who were excellent.
My mum was resistent to having carers support her, but almost instantly, they were the people that she looked forward to seeing, and relied on in the mornings. My mum developed relationships of trust and considered the carers as her friends. They took over, with professionalism, the showering of my mum and did it with real compassion and care for her dignity, as she was a very proud and independent person. She very much enjoyed her time at the day centre and used to be so excited about all the activities she had engaged with. It was often the highlight of her week. They shared photos of her there and made my sister and I feel happy that she was in a safe and trusted environment, having fun. We can only thank them.

We cannot thank Radfield enough for the care and support they give my Mum. We generally look after Mum ourselves and the Radfield staff cover if we are away on holiday. All the staff are amazing - so kind and professional. Mum absolutely loves seeing each person in the Radfield team. The support
which Radfield give us means that we can have regular breaks and go away on holiday with peace of mind. We feel so so lucky to be part of the very special Radfield family. I am so glad that we decided to engage the manager and his team at Radfield to provide daily care to my mother, initially in the morning, and now both morning and evening. The carers are exactly what you would hope for in somebody looking after a loved one's needs with warmth, professionalism and good
humour, and the company is extremely responsive and flexible as and when any needs change over time. The ability to log on to the daily updates on the mobile app gives huge reassurance, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Radfield Croydon to any family looking for care at home.

Radfield began a very limited care programme for my mother at the start of March and we were pleased with the level of care provided. Following a fall, Mum's condition deteriorated very quickly and she became bed-bound. The level of care provision had to increase to meet her new needs and this had to
happen quickly. The manager and her team stepped in and this willingness to adapt to our complicated schedule has been exemplary. The lovely carers understand our need to be able to care for our Mum, and are happy to work alongside us. It is important to us that Mum feels safe with whoever is caring for us and equally that we can trust that she will be well cared for on the rare occasions when either myself or my sister are unable to be with her. We have no hesitation in leaving Mum's care to the carers, knowing that she will be looked after as diligently as we ourselves would do. I would happily recommend Radfield Home Care.

My mum, who has Alzheimers, was looked after every night for almost a year following an accident.
The two carers had mums best interests at all times and treated her with care and compassion in every aspect of their role from showering her, listening to her when she was upset and styling her hair.
