Overall Experience

I am so glad that we decided to engage the manager and his team at Radfield to provide daily care to my mother, initially in the morning, and now both morning and evening. The carers are exactly what you would hope for in somebody looking after a loved one's needs with warmth, professionalism and good

humour, and the company is extremely responsive and flexible as and when any needs change over time. The ability to log on to the daily updates on the mobile app gives huge reassurance, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Radfield Croydon to any family looking for care at home.

From first contact with Radfield Homecare I have nothing but good things to say about them.
Dealing with an elderly dad reluctant to accept help they stepped in and set him at ease and have continued to provide an excellent level of care along with immediate and reassuring answers to any questions

Overall Experience

We have used Radfield Homecare for several years now and are very happy with the service provided. We have several carers coming in during the week and they are all kind, polite and lovely to my mother. Radfield are excellent at responding to our changing needs and are very adaptable. We couldn't be

happier with the care they give. I would definitely recommend Radfield Homecare to anyone looking for help at home, it has been the perfect solution for us.

Overall Experience

As someone living outside the UK, entrusting my parents' care to professionals was a significant decision. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and excellent communication have provided me with peace of mind and confidence in their services.

They are well-trained, knowledgeable, and always conduct

themselves with respect and dignity. The team's attentiveness is remarkable. Whether assisting with daily activities or managing medications, the team is consistently attentive and responsive.

The care team goes above and beyond to be helpful. They are always willing to lend a hand, whether coordinating medical appointments or assisting with household tasks.

Excellent communication is a crucial aspect of the care team's service. Living abroad, it's vital for me to stay informed about my parents' well-being. The team ensures I am updated regularly on any changes or concerns.

In conclusion, the care team looking after my parents in the UK has exceeded my expectations.

Overall Experience

Great experience with Radfield Homecare. They have been 100% reliable, always attending promptly as agreed and staying late if required. Mum has built good relationships with the carer team and the continuity of support has been really important. They are also very accommodating on meeting our needs

when we need to flex the days they attend. Definitely would recommend!

Overall Experience

I would highly recommend Radfield Home Care.
The owner is amazing from the first home interview to the final finishing with home care when my mother went into a care home. He was able to respond sensitively and efficiently to the situation with my mother, which changed quite rapidly over a few weeks.

We moved from care twice a week rapidly to twice a day and there was excellent communication throughout the adaptation.
All care staff were lovely and efficient and professional and arrived at the time booked, which was fantastic. They also worked hard and were very pleasant to chat to.
This is a great Home Care agency and I would be happy to recommend to anyone.

Overall Experience

We have used Radfield as extra care for my mother when I've been away 2 visits a week for a month. Always received a great service happy to pick up anything needed. Really good with mum. Will definitely use them again.

Overall Experience

We took on this service, 2 x per week, to run along side our council run care provider. The council service is quite time restricted and this is a great way to know how everything is going while the family are away. Great communication, attention to detail and care. They have been very accommodating

to change and adapt the service to fit. They definitely give us peace of mind.

Overall Experience

We were extremely happy with the care mum received from Radfields Home Care in her 18 months with them before she went into a Care Home. The carers who looked after mum were so kind, caring, understanding and respectful of her dignity and her efforts to maintain some independence. Mum is non verbal

and they quickly became familiar with her ways of communicating and established a trusting rapport with her. Nothing was too much trouble and they were flexible with last minute adjustments because of mum's sleeping issues. Communication with them was so easy via a WhatsApp group (they felt like family) and the visit notes on their app was very helpful in letting us know how each visit went; what Mum ate, what they did in the way of activities and if there were any problems. We really miss them no longer being part of mum's support network but are so grateful for everything they did whilst she was under their care and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Overall Experience

Great experience with Radfield home care, the carers are very compassionate, caring and friendly. They take care of all my mums needs in helping her wash and get dresses. They make suggestions of clothes to wear and mum can choose.
It is also good that we can log into an app to check the daily reports

which are uploaded.
I also like that there are regular check in's with the supervisor to make sure the carer and my mum are both ok.
Radfield has also suggested aids to help in the home.
Radfield train their staff in house and when I have spoken to the carers they have said they are going to training sessions, and they really like working for Radfield as they really look after their staff.

Overall Experience

The director and the Radfield team supported us through a very difficult time by being available and flexible as we defined our requirements over a period of a few weeks and continue to communicate clearly and respond quickly to our questions. Having started with daily care visits; the care team are

fabulous. There is a consistent, friendly team, who treat mum with respect, preserve her dignity, help her as agreed, chat with her. They are enabling her to continue to live independently in her own home.

Overall Experience

Radfield Home Care has been an absolute game changer in helping us care for my mother-in-law. All team members who visit her are kind and caring, patient, and highly professional. Their attention to detail is amazing and often let us know things they have noticed and make suggestions on ways to improve

the care they are providing. They are so thoughtful and take the time to build up a genuine rapport with the client which is lovely. Overall organisation away from the front line is also excellent. Very strong communication from the team. We're always kept fully up to date in real time and our messages and questions are also answered very promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Radfield Home Care, we have every confidence in them.

My family used Radfield Home Care initially for my Grandmother who was in the later stages of dementia to help me as I was a live-in carer with a full-time job and I was unable to split my time doing both. They treated her respectfully and with great patience. When she moved into a care home we continued

the care with my grandfather. Every member of the carer team was very professional and amazing personality. My grandfather enjoyed each visit and talking to everyone about their day and his past. Care ended when sadly he passed away a couple of weeks after my grandmother.
I can't speak more highly of all the help they gave my family.

Overall Experience

The Manager at Radfield Home Care and his team are providing a wonderful service to my husband who needed help with mobility issues after hospitalisation for an arthritic knee. He is making good progress and on the road to recovery. The manager was on hand with the carer from the moment he arrived home

by ambulance and are very prompt and caring. Quite honestly, I don't know what I would do without them. I can't speak highly enough of them - they are always on time and very professional.
