Radfield Home Care have been visiting mother on a daily basis since she returned home after a period of respite in residential care, in June 2023.
They provided her with much practical help, but perhaps more importantly, they gave companionship throughout, which kept her spirits lively, whilst living
alone.
Over the months they reviewed her situation, and adapted their care plan to her changing needs; sometimes at very short notice.
Mother passed away recently, in her own home. Throughout the challenging final weeks the carers went above and beyond, supporting mum with compassion, respecting her dignity, and at the same time, discreetly supporting our family.

They are a very good company and the carers are very good at their jobs they are trained very well and very professional in what they do and they take my wife out shopping and to trust places and sometimes take her to hospital appointments.

Radfield Home Care was able to put in place assistance for my parents at relatively short notice and have been able to adjust the original plan to suit their needs. The carers are very professional and amenable. Basic care is undertaken alongside other cleaning, tidying, and chatting as time allows.

We found Radfield Home Care after an internet search. We needed care for my mother-in-law as she was due to have her cataract done and we knew she would have needed regular care for a period of time. We were very satisfied with the length of the initial assessment meeting with the manager at my mother-in-law's
house. Very professionally conducted interview, ad hoc questions asked, special attention to the interest, needs, and character of the client, her desires, the things she would have liked or not, etc, all very relevant to the future interaction needed with the staff. All the staff and especially the one put in charge of my mother-in-law's needs and rotas, have been acting very professionally, caring, and often when needed gone beyond their duties to help her and make her feel at ease. Overall we are very pleased with the services provided and will continue to use them until needed and keep them as first choice for future situations should they arise. Radfield has a wonderful group of carers working for them. Every one of them is warm and kind in their approach. Their skills and expertise are excellent in everything. We feel so fortunate to have found Radfield and they accommodated my mother's needs immediately. I recommend them 100%, they have helped

My mum has had Radfield for a couple of months now. I have been very impressed by their service. The communication has been really regular and helpful.
The app shows lots of information about the visit, which enables me to get a sense of how Mum is each day and if anything needs sorting.
Mum has really
warmed to her carers, as she didn't feel she needed support when it started.

Radfield Camberley were able to provide a regular care service at home for my dad at short notice following a reablement programme organised by the NHS following a hospital stay. The process of organising it was simple and dealt with very professionally by the care manager. In the two weeks we have
used the service I have been impressed by the amount of tasks the carers have been able to do on each visit. They are kind and caring and my dad is definitely a lot brighter in himself now he has a bit more company. Radfield have been flexible as we are still learning exactly what support we will need going forward.

From my first enquiry, through to my dad's care package being put in place, two members of staff in particular have consistently been caring and prompt in responding to any concerns.
I was impressed with how quickly they were able to provide care, where other agencies weren’t able to help.
I live
overseas, so the live Radfield app that I am able to log into, showing who has been to see my dad and what care he receives has been more than helpful.

From the time that I first contacted Radfield Home Care I was listened to and the care needed was put in place very quickly. The manager was very thorough in finding out what was needed and very professional in her approach. Nothing was too much trouble and she found the most suitable of carers to look
after my friend. The care worker, who did most of the support during the period, was excellent. She bonded extremely well with my friend and kept her engaged and interested during her visits and had a lovely manner with my friend.

Excellent care and communication with the staff. They have a very good understanding of my aunt, which is very important to me. Always easy to talk to the staff if there is a change of plan. I have total peace of mind knowing that my aunt is having continued support and help if she needs it.

I was very surprised and happy with all the care, she turns up on time every visit, has no problems with dignity, she is very attentive to my needs. I have a balance problem so I have to have to have close attendance or I will fall at any time, so I am conscious of her close attendance which is very

I contacted Radfield Home Care in regards to getting some help put in place for my father. He has had a few medical hiccups, lives alone and has got to a point where he is not really looking after himself properly. I live quite far away and so unable to help him on a daily basis, so finding Radfield
Care and meeting the team was an absolute godsend for me. The relief I felt being able to leave my father knowing he was going to have a nutritious home-cooked meal every night and given a reminder to take his medication took a huge weight off my shoulders. I'm able to track Dad's care on their app so every day I know his mood, what he has eaten and the tasks that have been completed. Not only do they support my father but they have been incredibly kind and understanding with me, offering advice and support when I've needed it the most. It's not an easy journey, but I couldn't be more grateful and happy that I've found Radfield. Life is more balanced when you are walking beside me. Thank you.

My dad has started having a carer once a week to take him out, as he is too unsteady to be safe without falling. He has a wheelchair to push and when tired or unsteady, he gets in to be pushed. My father points out the history and architecture of the area and really looks forward to getting out and
talking. He often meets people he knows to keep up social interactions. I have already seen a difference in a month, to his mental health and stamina. Radfield Home care has made a great difference to his life and I am sure, will be ready to add other care, if and when needed. From enquiry, there was a face-to-face meeting to assess his care needs, times and how everything works, within days. The care started almost immediately and has been simple to manage with fortnightly bills. We have been able to easily finance it by claiming an attendance allowance.

Radfield Care has been great in establishing care at home for my frail father. They have been professional in setting up the service and flexible and compassionate when he was admitted to the hospital, rearranging rotas to support his discharge from the hospital.

My husband came home from the hospital in November 2023 and Radfield Home Care has been providing care 3 times a day for him, we had a few minor problems to start with but these were quickly sorted out and since then everything has run smoothly the carers are kind and are respectful when attending to
his needs. I feel confident with all the carers that Radfield have sent to us and I’m pleased that I chose them to look after him.
