Overall Experience

We could not have got through my dads last few months without the amazing care from Right at Home. They genuine love and care from each member of staff not only made my dad comfortable but myself and my mum. We trust them with our whole heart and really feel like we got it as good as we could've done

given the circumstances. Staff were punctual and took a genuine interest in anything we had going on and they treated my dad with such dignity and respect even when he was at his most vulnerable. Can't thank them or recommend them enough.

Overall Experience

I've been using this provider for a year for my mum and now using them for my dad too.
All the staff are very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble.
My family feel same in the assurance that my mum and dad are in capable hands.
I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a care provider

in the area.

Overall Experience

Right At Home support my mother to live life as she chooses in her own home. The carers are consistently polite and helpful with some going well above what is expected. Mum gets on well with them.
My only gripe is with communication: I am never sure that emails are acted on and telephone messages

are not always passed on.

Overall Experience

The loving & attentive care for my husband was simply wonderful from Right at Home. Consistently gentle & caring; always treated with dignity & respect and happy to engage with my husband's humour from the outset and I always knew he was completely safe in their hands. My husband was completely at ease

and reassured by every carer who looked after him. As his needs changed & increased, the carers adapted easily & communicated clearly to each other. Friendly chat & a calming presence was a huge comfort to me also during such difficult times. Organisation and information of support from the office was also excellent throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you for all you did for us and I would highly recommend them without hesitation.

Overall Experience

Not consistent with times they arrive and staff is changed each time. Some staff are good and some are not so good at engagement and need to be guided more than you would expect. Some don't appear interested.

Overall Experience

Right at Home provided regular care at home for my husband throughout the final six months of his life. The team was professional, friendly and polite and worked with us to accommodate our needs. Being able to rely on Right at Home made a huge difference to us in a difficult period. We are very grateful

What an amazing team of people that cared for my Mum.
Care started in February 2023 when Mum was diagnosed with cancer. Throughout the 20 months Right at Home cared for Mum we found everyone was friendly, caring, respectful, thoughtful, and helpful, along with being extremely supportive to myself

and Mum. I really do not know what Mum and I would have done without you all.
We had chats and laughs that we all enjoyed.
Towards the end of Mum's life, things got very upsetting. Mum could hardly communicate and it was awful to see her in pain. Right at Home carers helped and supported me, as well as cared for Mum through this difficult end-of-life process. I cannot thank you all enough for being there for us. You all have a special place in my heart and I miss you all greatly.
Thank you for making Mum feel reassured, happy, and comfortable till the time she passed.
I have sung your praises throughout Hazel Grove and beyond. I can highly recommend it to anyone looking for a trustworthy care company.

Overall Experience

Our experience with Right at Home has been amazing. The care staff are professional as well as being empathic and friendly and nothing has been too much trouble for them.
They greet my mum with a smile no matter what time of day.
The management and office staff are very accommodating and keep in

touch regularly, making sure everything is going well.
I cannot recommend Right at Home highly enough.

Overall Experience

Mum had mobility problems and was cared for mainly while she was confined to bed but in some instances was helped with the aid of a hoist to get to a comfortable chair. The care provided enabled me to go back to work in the knowledge Mum was being looked after by caring and pleasant staff. Thank you.

The care provided to my Husband is excellent, the carers are friendly and take the time to ask what he would like. Medications and treatments are administered carefully, the whole experience is a pleasure for us both.

Overall Experience

I have been a client/user since October 2022. The service provided has been professional, friendly, and efficient. The carers have always been kind, and acutely aware of my needs, and ensure the assistance I get is relevant and correctly catalogued. The use of PPE is always of the highest standard,

and it is always considerately disposed of. I would highly recommend Right at Home to anyone contemplating sourcing a service of this kind. They really do go above and beyond, and in my view represent extremely good value for money.

Overall Experience

My sister has been having your carers for quite a long time now. She wasn't too bad for a while but is now bedridden and on end-of-life care. I have never met such a lovely bunch of people who have been looking after my sister they vary in age but are all so kind and thoughtful and do a fantastic job.

My sister always used to say they were all lovely. I cannot praise your team enough and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you.

Overall Experience

My mother was very reluctant to have any care at all, but following the first visit and an emergency package to see Mum through a crisis she now wants it every day. During the 48 hours of that crisis, the staff went above and beyond the call of duty ensuring Mum was settled and looked after. I would

thoroughly recommend them.

I approached Right at Home having read the the excellent reviews of their services. From my initial contact I found the staff to be very friendly and professional. The assessment for my dad was carried out by a particular member of staff. She completed a thorough assessment and put my dad at ease and

was very accommodating to his care needs. Though it was for a short period of time prior to my dad needing to go into a residential home, the care provided to my dad was excellent. I would highly recommend this company.

Overall Experience

Having used this service provider for quite some time now I can honestly say that we've been more than satisfied with the professional and caring nature of the carers and the management.
A relationship has developed be it a professional relationship, it's one that meets our needs very well, It's one

of reliability, trust, care and reassurance knowing that we are in safe and caring hands.
Our team of regular carers go that extra mile to make sure that we are comfortable with them in our home, they also go that little bit extra to make sure that everything is to our satisfaction before leaving. I would like to mention in particular carers who have been with us for quite some time, we honestly could not ask for more caring, trustworthy and professional support from each of them.
I can highly recommend 'Right at Home' without any hesitation at all.

I am having so many problems with my elderly Dad, but this company provided help and support on an urgent basis and have continued to be there for me. Additionally, they have tried to tailor that support to my ongoing needs.

Overall Experience

I am asleep during the two-night visits, but my husband seems well cared for and is content when I come down. They are quiet when they come in and if they think there's a problem they will wake me up/leave me a note depending on the severity of the condition. I am very happy with the care.
