Overall Experience

Every member of Right at Home has been lovely and treated my dad with kindness, care and dignity. They keep my brother and I up to date with any changes in carer due to illness. The first care company we've had that actually cares and treats my dad like a human being.

Overall Experience

I contacted Right at Home after a recommendation from someone. We had social care looking after Dad and were not happy at all with some of the service's. Since Right at Home came Dad is so much better, they really understand his needs and is always perfectly matched to his carers, he can be a handful.

They always go above and beyond and I am always well informed if I need to know anything. We couldn't do with out them now. Emma has been brilliant with managing his care team.

Overall Experience

I found the caring staff from Right at Home to be kind, helpful and knowledgeable when caring for my mum. The phone was always answered promptly when I had a query or needed to ask for advice. The management staff were also very helpful. I would definitely recommend Right at Home for all your caring

Overall Experience

We have only used Right @Home for a short time but in that time we have been extremely happy and very pleased with the level of care and the time taken to ensure very aspect of care has been done with great consideration. A really friendly and professional service.
The team are always prompt to arrive

and the 'shadowing' to introduce new carers to us was great and avoided the 'stranger' arriving to take care of needs.
We would not have left Right @ Home care services had circumstances not forced the change.
I cannot recommend this company higher enough.. perfect..thank you.

Overall Experience

I was very impressed by Right at Home. The local organization was efficient, kind, considerate and responsive to my mother's needs and concerns. Moreover the two women who moved into my mother's house while they were needed could not have been nicer and competent. It was very reassuring to know that

my mother was safe and well cared for.

Overall Experience

Right At Home have provided excellent support for our mother - both during shorter daytime visits, and for a period of Live In care following a knee replacement. The carers have all been kind and friendly, and our mother has liked them all. The live in carers were especially invaluable, and consistently

excellent. The staff at the office are always prompt to respond, and always do their best to accommodate additional requests and keep us updated with any developments. Highly recommended.

We have nothing but praise for the whole team at Right at Home. The level of care, companionship and support goes way beyond what we could ever have dreamed of for our father. This has enabled him to remain in his beloved home for far longer than would have been possible otherwise. The team know dad

extremely well - he and us are made to feel like we're not just another client, but a valued family. Communication is excellent, the visit notes giving us a glimpse of dad's day, flagging any issues and highlighting the moments of joy. When emergencies occur they are handled with compassion and efficiency. If care at home for your loved one is right for them, please don't be afraid to reach out to Right at home. We recommend them whole heartedly with No reservations.

Overall Experience

My father has been a client of Right at Home Bordon for part 18 months.
We are very pleased with the support and consideration given by all the carers involved in his twice daily visits.
All have been reliable and punctual as well as unfailingly kind whilst helping him with his disabilities and increasing

frailty.
In an emergency, the team have taken the initiative to deal with the home care aspect of the situation. A big relief for me as we don't live close enough to offer immediate support.
Thank you to everyone as caring sometimes isn't an easy role.

Overall Experience

The team at Bordon Right at Home have the knack of matching Care providers to Clients. My mother currently has three Carers, all of which suit my mother's personality and style perfectly. This means the time the Carers have with my mother is genuinely enjoyable for both parties.

I cannot rate this care company highly enough in terms of its professionalism, excellent communication and the obvious care and empathy the managers have for all their clients and staff. In terms of the carers themselves, my mother always looks forward to seeing them and is animated and stimulated by

Overall Experience

I first started to use Right at Home Solent for 3 hours a week respite care. A care giver would spend the afternoon with my husband while I went out to give me a break from caring for my husband 24/7. I then needed more support and a care giver would assist every morning with getting my husband up and

dressed, showered, having his breakfast and medication. Without exception all of the care was carried out with dignity, respect and extreme kindness. My husband would always comment on their professionalism and formed very good relationships with them. Sadly he became very ill and the care givers continued to provide for his increasing care needs in the same unfaltering way until he passed away.
All of the office staff were equally as helpful and supportive whenever I contacted them. I would recommend Right at Home without a second thought for anyone looking for care and support for a loved one.

Overall Experience

The staff at Right at Home (Portsmouth) have been kind, patient and very caring towards Mum. It has been great to see mum strike up positive relationships with several of the carers who have visited over the last few months. This has helped keep mum going over what has been a difficult period transitioning

from living by herself in a flat towards full time care. We would definitely recommend their services.

Overall Experience

When my 81-year-old husband was discharged from hospital on Christmas Eve, he was extremely weak and I found it difficult to care for him. On recommendation, I contacted Right at Home.
Their ethos is very different in that they aim to rehabilitate their clients to the point they are no longer needed.

My husband has regained his strength faster than expected so I have now cancelled my contract.
During our time with them, managers and carer/supporters have been exceptional. Efficient yet friendly and understanding.
I don't hesitate to recommend them.

Right at Home were recommended to me when Mum got to the stage of needing carers at home and I can't praise them highly enough. From the initial assessment through to making adjustments to meet Mum's needs, they were very professional and seemed to anticipate my needs, making me feel confident leaving
