The team at Right at Home have consistently gone above and beyond in their care of my mum. When her needs have changed, they've adapted. Where obstacles (such as acceptance of care, for example) have been presented, they've found a way around them. They have been the only people to have been contactable,
let alone helpful, and they've bent over backwards to accomodate a sudden very high level of care over the Christmas period with very little notice. If only the public agencies ran as well, elderly care would be almost relaxing!

I am so impressed by the care and dedication of my parent's carers. With the onset of milder weather, on their own initiative, they encouraged and supported my parents to go out for a walk everyday last week which gave my parents a boost. This is on top of the patience, care and can do attitude they
demonstrate everyday.

RAH looked after my ex-husband until November 2024 when he suffered a stroke. I am so grateful for the care and attention they took. He was not the easiest person to look after, due to his ill health and state of mind. But they were completely non-judgmental, and made many adjustments to the care they
provided in order to meet his, and our family's needs. Their person-centric approach meant that they took all feedback well and were willing to make a change if it was the right thing to do. In particular, I am thankful to three members of staff who we had the most interactions with. They went above and beyond on many occasions and for this and for the love and kindness they showed us all, I will always remember them and wish them well.

The care given to my mum was exceptional. She was treated with care, compassion and dignity throughout her journey. The carers always treated mum with respect and were able to make her smile. We are very grateful for everything Right at Home did for mum to make it possible for her to stay at home, which

My parents have been cared for by Right at Home since November 2022.
The care my parents receive is exceptional and the company is very professional. The carers have developed wonderful relationships with both, and treat them with dignity, kindness and respect. Most importantly, without the outstanding
care they receive, they would not have been able to remain in the home in which they have lived for in excess of 65 years.

Initially we used RAH for Saturday outings for parents - to the park or for lunch. These were greatly enjoyed by all. As parents capabilities declined they came reliably every evening to manage 'sundowning' and prepare/supervise evening meal, showers and bedtime routine. 3 Carers were all lovely and
quickly established good/ fond relationships with parents. We had a few hiccups but mgt picked them up quickly and the assistance was invaluable in keeping parents safe and well looked after for 4 months until they had to go into care home.
Good reports/ feedback from the carers although I had huge issues accessing the report system!

Right at Home has been our rock since my husband had a stroke and we needed support. The Management guided us, advised us and listened to us during all the early planning. We initially needed a great deal of help, and I can only congratulate the Company that as we started to cut the hours required
there was absolutely no suggestion or pressure not to do so. We are now being looked after in a secure way, and I cannot say how much we appreciate that. The Carers are a whole story in themselves.! Our highest praise has to be that within the first few visits they became, and continue to be, family! Thank you, Right At Home People!!!

The care that has been provided by the carers is excellent. The carers are kind, thoughtful, capable and well trained. They have helped a difficult transition period to be a little less traumatic than it could otherwise have been. They have done anything they can to help my mother to regain her health
and independence.

Over many years, Right at Home has provided care of the highest standard for our friend. The management team is very responsive and proactive, they have in discussion with us adapted our friend's care as he has aged and declined. They have been ready to suggest solutions and guide us through the likely
trajectory of his decline. This is especially true in the last few months and working with the current team. We have now moved to palliative live-in care, supported by visiting carers, district nurses and the community palliative care team. This new and complex system was set up with total professionalism by the management. The actual delivery of live in care has been exemplary, professional, proactive and compassionate.
Throughout, the carers have treated our friend with dignity and warmth, despite all the changing circumstances they have encountered.

Right at Home Harrow have been helping my mum for the last couple of years. They provide a fantastic service. Their carers really do care and have formed great relationships with my mother. The management team are also extremely caring and has always been there to help her with any emergencies. A fabulous

The team have been looking after my Mum (afternoons, a few times per week) for a number of years. The service is excellent. The care manager is outstanding, responsive , sensitive and understanding of changing needs. So too is the principal carer who has looked after my Mum the most, keeping her stimulated
and well. The rest of the team are very good too! As a family we are very grateful for the support.
