Overall Experience

Right at Home are a responsive care provider with good communication and committed staff who genuinely care for their clients, especially the manager, who doesn't just do office work like many from other agencies. She and individual carers will work hard to make sure your special events can be supported

as well as every day care.

We have only been using Right at home for 3 weeks, for my mums care, however we are so impressed with the carers, they are so kind, professional, their feedback and communication is so helpful. My mum enjoys chatting with the carers too, they treat her with dignity, interest and respect, and take an

interest in her life too.

Your mum is a joy to spend time with, and we love making each visit meaningful-whether through art, reminiscing, or making dream catchers. She has particularly enjoyed trips to a lake in the area, nature reserve, garden centre and art centre, always with time for coffee, cake, or ice cream while chatting about life. Our visit to the art centre was especially memorable, and while memories may fade, we leave little notes or sunflowers as familiar reminders. The most touching part is that she always gives us a kiss on the cheek-a beautiful sign that the warmth and connection remain. We understand that value for money is important, which is why our hour-long visits provide the best experience allowing time for meaningful engagement, familiarity and continuity of care. Overall Experience

We found Right at Home through an online search engine, which searched online for carers in our area that met our needs. We needed carers twice a day for my mum who has mid-stage dementia.
Right at Home responded within minutes to our request and we were impressed by the swift response and the quality

in the level of service they were offering.
We met at my mum's home within the next two days and during this meeting it was apparent that Right at Home would meet all our needs for my mum. They started by asking about my mum's likes, needs, and activities including what she liked doing. It might seem obvious, but I was very pleased they focused on her first. They then covered elements about her home, medical history and finished with the finance side and contract. Their carers started three days later and they are delivering what they stated.
Right at Home have been friendly, professional, efficient and most importantly responded to our input and needs in a very prompt way. We are really pleased.

Overall Experience

For the 6 months we used Right at a home, they were always friendly and highly efficient from an office/administrative perspective. They went above and beyond in their willingness to help and be flexible.
The standard and quality of the carers was in a different league to my experience of other care

companies such as Helping Hands.
Overall they provide a very caring, kind and compassionate service adhering to high standards. They enabled my Aunt to stay in her own house 6 months longer than she would otherwise have been able to. She formed positive bonds with many of the carers. Their communication with me was excellent and I found them straightforward to deal with.

Overall Experience

Right at Home have been caring for my Mother who suffers from Vascular Dementia.
Her memory issues have gradually increased over the past few months and the registered manager and the team have been very accommodating whenever I've requested extra help to cover her needs. It's such a relief to know

that she's in safe hands and that all members of the team have been extremely caring, efficient, and supportive.

Right at Home North Leeds provided support and care for my aunt in her own home for the last few months of her life. From the start Right at Home were easy to contact and communicate with. In our contacts with the team, it was clear that they put my aunt's needs and wishes at the centre of providing

support for her.
We really liked the way that the managers came to meet my aunt and got to know her a little so that they could match the staff from the team who would support her, with my aunt's needs and personality. My aunt spoke about the fact that everyone who came to support her were very respectful and friendly.
We also found the team to be really helpful and flexible in providing support - it was helpful that they could sometimes take her to appointments and also to provide extra support at times when family members and other support were unable to do their regular visits.
I would recommend Right at Home North Leeds without hesitation to anyone needing support in their own home.

I can't thank the staff at Right At Home enough. We have an ongoing care package for Mum with Right At Home that has been in place for nearly 12 months. I recently rang to enquire about increasing the amount of care Mum receives as I recognised that I was struggling to cope. The staff were lovely, and

totally took on board what I was saying I needed extra help with. They promptly responded with how they could help and what availability they had and swiftly put in place an increased amount of care. Honestly, the relief is immense as I know the carers are all so capable. Mum has dementia and the carers are all brilliant with her.

Overall Experience

Friendly and helpful, staff who support the needs of my mother. Regular reviews of the care package helps in the support that is given. Help with jobs to be done in the home and support with visits to the local shop should they be needed are all part of the support. It is reassuring to know that her

medication is being dispensed as it should be via the carer.

Overall Experience

Right at Home cared for my father after he'd had a prolonged stay in hospital. Prior to discharge they visited his home, spoke to him in hospital, and had conversations with the occupational therapist to get an accurate assessment of his care needs. The team were there as he arrived home after discharge

so he received the best support right away. I found them to be compassionate, caring, and patient. They took time to get to know Dad and build a relationship with him, during a challenging time when he was having to adapt to a new 'normal' way of life. The MD and Care Coordinator kept me up to date daily which provided me with a welcome level of reassurance. I would be happy to recommend Right at Home.

I contacted Right at Home - Leeds East, Roundhay to Rothwell when my very elderly mum had a bit of a crisis and needed carers very urgently. I looked at a few businesses online and it was difficult to know where to start. I sent a message to the managing director on a Sunday morning and to my surprise

she called me within the hour and we had a long chat and started to put arrangements into place. The service I have had from Right at Home has been exemplary. Communication is excellent. They have been very flexible and responsive when changes to arrangements have been necessary, and above all the kind and caring attitude of the staff is just lovely. I have absolutely no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this business.

Thanks to all the care team and office staff for providing excellent care for my sister. During the road being closed for repair, the girls had to walk in the rain down a muddy bridleway to be able to get to our house.

From our first meeting, I knew I had made the right decision in choosing Right at Home. The staff are so friendly, attentive, and understanding to both myself and especially Mum. Being able to contact the carer directly is brilliant. The app is such a great addition, seeing how they have cared for Mum

on a daily basis. I am very happy knowing Mum is in safe hands with carers who not only do an amazing job but do care.

Overall Experience

My 99-year-old dad needed support after injuries to both arms. We chose Right at Home as their pitch placed greater emphasis on the emotional side of being cared for than others. Two one-hour visits per day covered all his needs from dressing and personal care to meal preparation and laundry. He quickly

got to know his carers personally and cannot speak highly enough about their support and assistance. The carers encouraged my dad with his physiotherapy exercises and regaining his independence in terms of washing, dressing and preparing his food. After a few weeks we dropped down to one visit per day and then later 3 visits per week. At all times there has been clear communication between the family and Right at Home so that all arrangements worked out smoothly. We won't hesitate to use this company again.
