The elder and more disable the person is, the harder is to provide such experience that they would find enjoyable and which could help them not to give up.
My mother and I are very fortunate to find such people, both carers and management, at Right at Home whose professional expertise, friendly attitude and kind desire to help have been making an enormous difference in my mum's life. According to my mother's words, the support she has been receiving prolongs her life and gives her the drive to cope with the challenges of every new day even when difficulties of living seem to be overwhelming.
We have been blessed meeting Right at Home.

I have also found the office staff very professional in the way run, organise and carry out their service.

It was essential to research and find a good, reliable and professional agency.
And WOW! Have we chosen well!
I called Right At Home on a Friday afternoon, the care manager visited and assessed her in hospital
The care is exceptional. Manager listens and acts on any concerns and implements changes to care plan when needed.
The careers always arrive promptly with a smile and often a hug, nothing too much trouble.
The on line access to the rota is so helpful and allows us to see who and what time the carers are coming in.
After every visit, I am able to read the audit written by the carer.
The visits enable her to continue living at home independently with support! She loves the girls. As well as the physical care, the chats and laughter are a tonic! Better than any medicine!

We recently changed our care provider's to Right at Home South Liverpool & Halton. I'm VERY pleased we did.
The care mum now receives is fabulous & has relieved
The team of ladies allocated to mum are brilliant. They are very attentive, thorough & caring. Whilst attending to mum all I can hear is conversation & laughter between mum & the ladies. It is very heart warming.
Mum's caregivers are meticulous on her washing routine and maintain a high level of cleansing, caring & applying creams.
Mum is a proud lady & likes to have matching clothes. It is lovely listening to Mum & her caregivers discussing with her what she would like to wear for the day.
Punctuality is good too. They have an app which shows the rota of the times the ladies are due to call. This means I know when to expect them and I'm not hanging around waiting.

We are very pleased with the support and consideration given by all the carers involved in his twice daily visits.
All have been reliable and punctual as well as unfailingly kind whilst helping him with his disabilities and increasing
In an emergency, the team have taken the initiative to deal with the home care aspect of the situation. A big relief for me as we don't live close enough to offer immediate support.
Thank you to everyone as caring sometimes isn't an easy role.
