I agree, the service is very busy, social care as a sector is under continued high pressure and demand which does impact times services are able to be delivered. You will see from our Care Inspectorate reports that we usually deliver a consistently high standard of service with grades of 5 - Very Good - for the past few years, and where we don't get it right we strive to put that right. Thank you for providing feedback. I am so sorry that this has been your experience of our service. We strive to provide the highest quality of care to all our customers and this isn't a standard we accept as a company. I have spoken with the Registered Manager and we don't appear to have a record of a formal complaint about the service. I would be more than happy to discuss this with you so that we can ensure we learn from this experience and there is no repeat. Thank you for your review and honest feedback, I'd like to apologise that the company has let your Mum and family down and not delivered the service at the expected standard. This is unacceptable and we are working hard to resolve the cause of this situation. We do pay our care staff the Scottish Living Wage but we are subject to the same recruitment and retention issues the social care sector faces nationally and financial pressures and restrictions from how social care is commissioned. This is in no way an excuse, but it does impact social care services. Our Registered Manager will be in contact today to discuss this further with you. Thank you again.
