Albeit short and sweet, only 2 weeks while my mother took a holiday with us, I can not fault the care and attention she received while here from the staff at Alina Homecare. We would definitely use their services in the future, and I, as the daughter, can only thank the staff for their understanding
and the wonderful care they gave my mother while she was here; nothing was too much bother. Again, thank you.

We are new clients and are very happy with the care given to my father. When there is a change in carer/time we are always advised.
The friendly office staff are always ready to help and when we had an issue this was dealt with.

The care provided although only for a short time was exceptional. From the first meeting to providing end-of-life care they went above and beyond. We had no worries about them being in the house and my mother-in-law felt safe and happy that the carer was warm friendly and fun. They supported us as a
family at the end and we really appreciated it.

Appreciate the care provided by the individuals visiting Mum, she was put at ease and given comfort and company daily.
Having a parent with Dementia is horrible but knowing Mum was taking her medication correctly has been a great relief.

My mother was urgently admitted into hospital following a fall at home. This left my father at home on his own, not able to fully cope. Alina carers already came in each day for an hour but this needed to drastically increase to all day. Alina took everything off my hands in terms of quickly and
effectively ensuring that carers went in to see my father from first thing in the day to bedtime. Carers were very responsive to Dad's requests and needs in a very respectful way and took him to see Mum in hospital regularly. She was in hospital for 2 weeks. Throughout this time, I was in constant contact with Alina about care for Dad, but also to arrange care for Mum on coming out of hospital. Alina was superb and a lifeline. Since then, they have continued to provide good care for Mum and Dad, although the hours needed are not as intense now. Alina staff are always easy to get hold of and helpful with any issues swiftly resolved. I would very much recommend them.

Dad is very happy with the care he receives, and happy with his carers, very reliable and very efficient, would thoroughly recommend this company.

Wonderful, caring companion carers for my mother who suffers from Dementia. We needed some support with care for my mother and contacted Alina Homecare to see what they could offer, we haven't looked back. Mum has settled onto her weekly visits and is happy with her care.

Such lovely people, so understanding and very professional. Incredibly quick in replies to questions via email and always there at the end of the phone. Alina is extremely professional and maintains close contact with me. They schedule regular home visits to obtain feedback and any concerns or requests I may have. I was very impressed with the full details of my condition and the care plan being provided to me.
My regular carers were assigned at my
request and makes my time with them highly efficient. I would highly recommend Alina to anyone needing home health care.

I have only been receiving care from Alina for one month and the care has been excellent. The carers are kind, professional and respectful at all times and I am also delighted with the level of communication which has kept me informed at all times. The team at Poole made me feel very welcome and at
ease, feeling more like family and regularly checking in with me to ensure all is well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

When I first contacted, the service manager was extremely helpful friendly, and listened to what we were looking for, I could tell at once that she cared about her and the team getting it right.
When she and a colleague went to visit my mother-in-law my husband was there. They made it very clear it
was what my mother-in-law wanted.
Every query I had was answered promptly, what was promised was delivered and most of all my mother-in-law felt safe with the carers that were sent, they worked with her doing what mattered to her, giving her time in a professional and caring manner.
We now know who to contact if she needs further support.

In general, the care provided was very good. The carers were friendly, efficient and sympathetic. I should have preferred a regular arrival time so that a routine could be easily established. Similarly, although there was one regular carer for most of the time, occasional new carers were a distraction
to the one cared for.

I was worried about my father-in-law, who was living alone since his wife went into care, and was 2 hours remote from the nearest family and struggling with dementia. I did an online search and spoke to several care companies. Alina were by far the most attentive, friendly and willing of all those we
met. They were great listeners, were flexible to changing needs, and showed interest in hobbies and memories to help lift my father-in-law's mood at each visit. Alina were consistent, reliable, and did everything that was asked of them, in fact, my father-in-law put on weight and was far healthier and happy as a result of his regular visits with lovely helpful, friendly and thorough carers. Office staff were wonderful, always welcoming, helpful and also reliable, and any concerns were always quickly resolved. Alina were a great long-term care choice, and I would definitely recommend them without hesitation.
