Overall Experience

I was impressed with Alina Homecare from the visits beforehand by the management to the lovely lady who came three times a week for a few hours each day to care for my mum while I was on holiday. The carer was efficient, friendly and respectful of mum's needs. The app was a great help in giving specific

details of each visit.

Overall Experience

I am happy and satisfied with my new carer for the last four months, I feel as if she is my best friend! My life had got very flat and now I have the companionship and care above and beyond, that was promised. My confidence has risen and I'm able to achieve much more than I have been able to in several

years. I have not one single complaint or issue and would highly recommend this service to anyone who needs it.

Overall Experience

The manager went above and beyond with the care of my father. Her professionalism and care in all areas regarding my father, from the initial meeting to her understanding of my father's dignity down to his wife's comfort and opinions needing to be taken into consideration was exemplary. She managed

to put in place a care package for my father at short notice and was a huge support both practically and emotionally for everyone during a very difficult time. Nothing was too big of an ask and she became good friends with both Dad and his wife. I would recommend the manager and Alina Homecare without hesitation, and actually have already done so to another family member!

Overall Experience

Following a major operation in December, my daughter researched possible home care providers to assist me when discharged. Alina Homecare responded to her enquiry the same day and agreed to a very reasonably priced care package to operate from the following week. The carers have been first class - professional,

efficient, kind and caring. They arrive on time, happily attend to my needs and carry out household tasks which I am not able for yet. They make very helpful suggestions regarding full rehabilitation for me to consider without pressure and offer full support.
The management backup has been first class. As a professional myself, I recognise the excellence of the care assessment at the outset and the careful reviews subsequently undertaken to ensure that all my needs are covered. They are also very flexible about any changes to time and length of care input to suit my individual and changing needs which is first class.
I highly recommend Alina Homecare - excellent in every way.

Overall Experience

What a hard-working and caring team Alina Ringwood is. The staff in the office work efficiently to ensure all runs smoothly and are quick to step in if something needs sorting. They found carers who met all of our Aunt's needs for both 24-hour live-in and break. They are highly experienced, calm and

practical and committed to providing the best level of service that they can.
We had wonderful 24-hour care for our elderly Aunt, who wasn't the easiest to please. She was handled with kindness, patience and understanding. The team allowed her to have as much independence as she could cope with, whilst gently supervising and getting the very best out of her. We would like to thank all of the very special ladies who lived in with my aunt, especially her last carer who is a little ray of sunshine, who must get a special mention as she was a brilliant break cover - taking her out on trips which were much enjoyed. Thank you so much you were all amazing.

We have been using Alina Care for the last month or so for mum, who sadly has early-stage Alzheimer's, she gets rather confused but wants to remain at home as long as possible. After looking into different Care providers and one carer from Alina who visited mum at home with my brother and me - we really

liked her calmness, caring attitude and the way she spoke to mum, Alina was able to be flexible and provide the type of care we thought we would be suitable. They help her with medication, food and showering and go in every day to give us peace of mind that she's safe and coping. The reporting back to us is excellent, so we get regular feedback if there are any issues or worries. So far very pleased with the service and care they are giving to mum.

Finding the right agency was easy once Alina Homecare visited my mum.
They made my mum feel at ease by asking the right questions in a subtle way.
As a daughter, it gave me peace of mind when Mum said the carers were kind and she looked forward to them visiting.

My 92-year-old Mum was very reluctant to have any kind of help but we persuaded her to have a meeting to talk it through. A lady came to Mum's house along with me and discussed ways Alina could help her remain in her own home safely. At this point, she still kept saying she didn't need any help but

finally agreed to give it a go.
After a few calls, she really enjoyed seeing her carer and actually said she couldn't really manage without them now.
After a few months now Mum is really enjoying the help and they treat Mum as if they would treat one of their own family members, with empathy, kindness and care.
I am really pleased that Alina Homecare is supporting our family in this way. I would fully recommend them for affordable Homecare services.

Since engaging Alina Homecare to support our relative we are so pleased with the service provided and the lovely caring attitude of all the care staff. Nothing is too much trouble and there is a great willingness to know the person who is being cared for, how they tick and how to encourage them even

when they're being resistant. Knowing that carers see our relative twice a day and that if and when there's something we should be made aware of we receive a call or email.

My 91-year-old dad has lived with us since Nov 2017. Age takes its toll, as does caring 24/7 for a loved one with severe mobility and health issues 24/7. Earlier this year we approached Alina. Their Manager was detail-oriented, empathetic and had a grounding sense of humour which appealed to me no end.
We

set up an early a.m. personal care plan for my dad, who was involved in every step of the process. He relaxed into these changes well. It couldn't have been easy for him, but it was a blessing for me.
Alina's carers are always on time and they always arrive bright and cheery. They are incredibly gentle and very thorough. It's great to hear my dad chatting and laughing with them.
I honestly can't rate the team and the care they provide highly enough.

I live in the USA, so it is vitally important that Mum and Dad's live-in carers are able to provide the caring and professional service they need. Alina has stepped up to the plate and continues to provide a great service. Mum and Dad think of the carer as the daughter they never had! Living overseas

it is important that I know they are being properly cared for and that they are happy and Alina provides that assurance through their regular updates and indirectly from how Mum and Dad talk about the carer on telephone calls. The quality of care that Alina provide is excellent but it is also those intangibles they provide that enrich Mum and Dads day to day living experience. Thanks, Alina I sleep well knowing you are there.

I was very pleased with the care I had when I came out of hospital. I was bedridden for the first few weeks so had help when I could shower and they made my breakfast and lunch to start with. They were all very kind and thoughtful. They changed the bedding and put it in the washing machine. They tidied

the kitchen and bathroom as well.

The manager was thorough with her assessment on the first meeting and put myself and sister at ease to go on holiday at the same time. She went above and beyond for my Dad who does not like people in his home. Having the app was fantastic being able to see how he was each day.

After my grandmother had a hospital stay, we were referred to Alina Care to help with her needs.
We had a negative experience with our previous care company, so were naturally wary of new people coming in, but Alina Care has put all of our worries aside and provided exceptional care
They have fitted

in with our live-in carer, and family carers perfectly, but most importantly with my Grandmother.
I can honestly say they go the extra mile with her for every need, with not a single bad experience. They always come in with a smile on their faces, make the effort to check in on her, and make sure she is involved in decisions, rather than just getting on with the job.
They are always at the end of the phone when needed, and the app is amazing to keep us in the loop on daily care.
I will also say they have been a big support to me, and it feels like having friends coming in to care for my Grandmother.
Will 100% recommend this company to anyone needing care

My experience so far has been very good. The carers are lovely and very helpful. I could not manage without them as I am housebound. When I go out I need a wheelchair especially for shopping. I was really lucky to find Alina Homecare when my elderly father had a fall and became housebound. I live the best part of 200 miles away from my father's home and without Alina it would be simply impossible to meet my father's wish to stay in his own home. They provide a very a high standard of care,

attention to detail and importantly not just support for my father but also me without which I could not manage the many issues that have arisen and continue to arise on a periodic basis. It would be wrong to single out any particular member of the team as they are all brilliant, particularly with my father, and I cannot praise them enough for their proactive and considered approach to managing his care. I would have no hesitation in recommending Alina Homecare to anyone.

Alina's lovely carers have been visiting my parents for about 7 months now, initially to get to know my mother, who has Alzheimer's and to also provide some respite care for my father (who we discovered has advanced prostate cancer during this time). It took a while for them to get to know Mum, who

is often confused, agitated and sometimes aggressive. The lockdowns and the 'tight care bubble' she formed with Dad meant that Mum been refusing any care of any sort from anyone, (including the family). With patient, regular visits, the carers have got Mum onside and are now providing daily personal care to Mum and general support, keeping things ticking over for Dad. The app notes the carers take and share with us are also invaluable for helping to understand how Mum is and what other things we can do to support our parents. We are so happy with their fantastic work, and couldn't recommend them highly enough.
