Overall Experience

Amazing live-in carer and fantastic support from all carers. Efficient, kind, reliable, friendly, hard working.
The carers were all lovely, they went above and beyond. I can't praise them all enough.

Overall Experience

We wish that we had found this care company 6 months ago, after having a bad experience with another care company and a care home, they have restored our faith. The carers my mother-in-law has are worth their weight in gold. The management and team are always on hand to help. Great service.

Overall Experience

Alina Homecare has provided my Dad with outstanding care. The fact that my sister and I can use the app to see the daily reports from the carers has proved to be undeniably helpful. The communication is really good and all the carers show great care and respect to my Dad and his sister, who is his main

carer. I can highly recommend Alina Homecare and am really pleased they are providing Dad's care.

Overall Experience

We hit the jackpot when we found Alina Homecare. I have felt thankful for their wonderful care service ever since the first meeting. All the carers are really lovely, friendly and professional, they have built a strong relationship with my dad and aunty and make them feel really valued. The management

team are also fab, always responding rapidly to admin queries, requests for help or care plan changes, and the occasional emergency. I feel so supported and so lucky to have the Alina staff looking after my loved ones.

Overall Experience

I am pleased with how easy it has been to amend my Aunt's care. If we are visiting we are able to cancel or amend a care visit with an email and it has always been dealt with promptly with no errors. My Aunt values the care she receives and talks fondly of all her carers.

Overall Experience

Professional, efficient and supportive from the start of the process to the end of the care needed. Extremely personable staff and more importantly all the team were so kind to my mum and dad. They both were so helpful and just what we needed as arranging care was new to us.

Overall Experience

From the first meeting a particular staff member I was in good hands. He is so compassionate as well as being helpful in a practical way. Mum agreed to one hour a day which was put in place very quickly. Unfortunately, her health deteriorated quickly and she sadly passed away. The visits she had were

a bonus for which we are grateful. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for care for their loved one.

Overall Experience

Having never needed such care I wasn't sure what to expect at home, my carer and relief carers have been everything I could have hoped for. They have done everything I needed with respect, kindness, and good humour.
I am feeling so much better now and a lot more confident that I will get back to my

Overall Experience

My sister, brother and I are so grateful to you (the team managers) and all of the wonderful carers who take such care of our dad. Their daily visits have made such a huge difference to all of us. My father was a vastly intelligent, fit and active man until vascular dementia affected him so cruelly,

and while my mum has had to accept her own age and limitations (however reluctantly!) and accede to needing help, neither she nor our dad is quite ready for him to go into full-time residential care. Your support is what allows them to remain reasonably independent at home. It also means that my siblings and I can spend time taking them out and helping with other daily needs, in the knowledge that some of the pressure at home has been lifted from our mum. You are all so kind, friendly and supportive to them both, sometimes in difficult circumstances and we just hope you all know what a massive difference you make and just how much we appreciate it, every single day.

Overall Experience

I am an NHS nurse and wanted to state here that the care my mother received from her lovely full time carer, and the team, was exemplary. I was around most of the time and I was so impressed with the kind professionalism and thoughtful arrangements and feedback to us via the app care plan. Our carer

was a warm, funny and approchable woman and Mum was very happy in her, and the teams, care. Nothing was too much trouble, thank you.

We cannot thank this company enough for the support they gave me and my sister and if we had any worries they would also be on the other end of the phone for support. The carers were absolutely wonderful and they deserve their pay in gold for everything they do and have done for myself and my family

Overall Experience

Alinas Homeare in Walton-on-Thames, run by management with all of their great staff, is a reliable, professional and above all, compassionate organisation. They walk you through everything concerning Mum's needs, give good advice and are flexible and kind. But most importantly, they are caring and warm

for our mother. They cook for her, clean, take her for walks, administer medicine and all is done with attention to detail and Mum's well-being. The way they have dealt with manner matters has made it so much easier for all of the family. Thank you.

An excellent day care service from Alina. The carers are professional, well trained and in tune with my frail mother's needs. A reliable, punctual team of staff that the family trusts to care and prepare food and beverages for Mum; enabling a weekly 8-hour respite break for the family Mum lives with.

Am very impressed with the support and dedication that our dad is receiving. The care staff are all friendly and respectful. Dad has built up a rapport with them and trusts them to meet his needs. His care needs are regularly reviewed and discussed with him. Our dad is a very proud gentleman who up

until July 2023 was totally independent, it has been a transformation to depend on others to assist him now. However, the team have been very supportive and gentle with him.
