Overall Experience

Having Alina come to the home for my mum has been a godsend. They have always been extremely supportive, friendly and understanding of my mum's needs. Being alone has been difficult for her so these visits have cheered her up and she feels safe too. Looking forward to the carers now taking her out occasionally

to get her out and about again. Keep up the good work!

Overall Experience

I cannot recommend the manager and the team at Alina Devizes enough. I never thought that my mother would accept carers, but she did. Initially, she tried reducing the number of visits, but she ended up requesting an increase, largely because she enjoyed their company. This is down to the effort that

went into understanding my mother's needs and then in finding two carers who were perfect in supporting her. Thank you again.

Overall Experience

My cousin fell in her home and due to the poor service of the NHS ambulance, she was left on the floor for 22 hours. Alina care stayed with her until the ambulance eventually arrived and kept her as comfortable as possible,
Whilst in hospital my cousin suffered from delirium and would not let the hospital

staff attend to her needs but the Alina staff visited her and she allowed them to wash, change and feed her.
We have been very grateful for the care they have shown to my cousin.

Overall Experience

I have been using Alina Homecare since November to assist me in the mornings with help to get my mother up, carry out personal care duties and assist with getting her dressed.
All carers have been fantastic, friendly and go above and beyond their call of duty. Communication has been second to none,

with several courtesy calls to check I am happy with everything. Schedules and rotas are given well in advance which is great to be able to make plans around and the office has been more than accommodating if a time of visit needs changing.
I would certainly recommend their services to others, professional, prompt and a lovely group of caring individuals who go out of their way to make Mum feel special and important.

We started working with Alina a few months ago when we realised my mum needed more help in her home and importantly more company as she was really struggling with living alone.
From the very first interaction with the lady in the Trowbridge office, the whole experience has been absolutely first-class.

She quickly understood the sort of help my mum needed and worked with me to put a thoughtful and practical care plan into place very quickly. The documentation to support the care plan was the first important step - this was comprehensive and professional and was executed with minimal fuss and excellent support.
Since getting Mum's care plan in place she and her team have been extremely flexible and adaptable, responding to our many requests. They have also highlighted where they have concerns and made suggestions as to where extra help can be provided in the future. Having the Alina team helping my Mum has been a huge relief to me and a great comfort to Mum.

Overall Experience

Finding a care company is a daunting thought, trusting someone else to care for my mum the way I expect and treat her with dignity and respect. Well, I truly have found the best company and I sincerely mean this, from the very first visit with the managerial staff through to meeting the caring staff.

Everything has been wonderful which really does give me great piece of mind and I find the app very reassuring that all is well. All the staff are so friendly and kind, my mum feels well looked after and she is my main priority, nothing is too much trouble and I'm so thankful I found this company, the staff are honestly fantastic.

I have been a service user of Alina Homecare in my hometown ever since my homecoming from stroke rehab and have at all times found their service wholly professional, reliable and truly excellent.
I wanted a holiday with my family and my son together with his son and as a result, stayed again many years

later at a very well-known holiday destination. Trowbridge branch stepped up to the plate and provided my care and were just ideal and perfect. What has always been a really good feature of Alina coming to my home in is that they are excellent in blending in with my longstanding and longsuffering wife and family a feature that was entirely true also of Alina Trowbridge.
Alina Brighton provides me with a weekly rota and invariably lists their excellent carers as professional carers, a term that definitely applies to the Trowbridge branch too. In short bravo to Brighton and Trowbridge branches!

I am really happy with my carer. She's very kind, gentle and above anything very caring. She's always on time. Apart from once when she was ill and informed the office of this. They (the office) were meant to inform me of this and that another carer would call but I had no phone call, therefore I got

myself dressed etc. Sometime later a carer did call but I could not face getting undressed/dressed again. Although the carer did visit I was still charged for the visit. Was this an office blip as if I'd had a phone call to inform me that my carer was sick but someone would be calling I'd have been prepared.

Overall Experience

When we moved to the area we were apprehensive about leaving our carers as we had a very good team there. I searched online reviews and approached Alina as our first choice. Luckily they were able to provide the care we needed and were very helpful about adjusting times to suit our requirements.

needn't have worried - from the very first visit, the staff and management have been excellent. Carers are friendly and kind while also being professional. I love to hear them laughing with my husband as they lift his spirits and encourage him. I know that I can rely on them every day for the support that makes it possible to keep my husband at home with me instead of being in a care home. I can't recommend them highly enough to anyone looking for carers!

Overall Experience

We are delighted with the Alina carers and all in different ways, go way and above what is expected of them.
When we had earlier in the year some horrendous weather, we were never let down, and however hard their trip to get in here, they always walked through the door with a smile. I would without

doubt recommend Alina Homecare, nothing is ever too much, and their interaction with my husband makes him smile.

Alina Care has provided excellent support for my mother over the past 6 months. Carers positively engage with Mum and provide for her physical and emotional needs. Their write-ups are detailed and extremely helpful especially as Mum has a weak memory.
Management have always responded to changes and

additional requests even if email communication is a little inconsistent at times. Overall, they are doing their best to provide a quality service.

Overall Experience

I am writing as the wife of the client. My husband is satisfied with the care he receives from the carers. They all have accepted what he prefers, i.e a wash at the basin and he is satisfied. They periodically ask if he wants a shower but the answer is always the same - no - and they respect his wishes.

For me the carers are a great help because I am also elderly (83 years old) and he is 95. It allows me more time to do the usual tasks a home requires. All the carers are pleasant and skilled in their task. They bring a routine to the day and their visit is welcomed, always. And my husband is more relaxed afterwards.

We are new to the service, but so far Alina Care has been exemplary - their communications have been clear and the carers who have been to Mum have been extremely kind and patient. They have also been able to provide care over the weekends, which no other agency was able to.

Overall Experience

The care my mother has received has been of a very high standard. Any suggestions I make or observations/criticisms regarding my mother's care are taken very seriously and acted upon immediately. The speed of communication with the care management team is almost immediate, no matter what day or what

time of day.
One of the things I admire is that the carers are constantly looking for ways to improve my mother's life, they are always offering suggestions to make my mother's time more enjoyable and everyday tasks easier. Choosing a care agency is difficult, especially with all the stories in the press and on social media around care agencies, I hope this review helps ease the anxiety in making a choice, they really are very good at what they do.

From the first call with Alina Homecare the process to set up a care package for my mum has been so professional and efficient. All of the staff are thoughtful, kind and friendly. My mum looks forward to the visits from the carers, the care they have provided has certainly played a large part in her

recovery. When contacting the office nothing is too much trouble,the team's help and advice is invaluable. Knowing that my mum has this additional care has helped to put our minds at rest that she is receiving the best care possible.
