She came out to see my mother early the next week and assess my mother's needs carefully and considerately.
We arranged carers three times a day for my mother, to ensure she was supported to shower, take her medication and eating well, when the family couldn't be there to support her.
All the carers were kind, supportive and did a brilliant job.
I can't thank them and Guardian Angels enough for their support and guidance through a traumatic time for my mother and the family.

All the carers were fantastic. They genuinely cared and knew their role. Dad loved seeing them throughout the day, during this difficult time. Nothing was too much trouble.

We are glad to hear that her care plan was created with her unique needs in mind, helping to ensure she has the right level of support while staying in the home she feels most comfortable in. Knowing that the team is regularly reviewing and adjusting the care plan to meet her evolving needs must provide a great sense of reassurance. It's also so comforting to hear that Mum is getting the regular companionship and assistance, especially at meal times, which must really help you all feel supported. I know our carers enjoy mums company and her sense of humor.

The team of Care Angels
My mother was having a difficult time coming to terms with needing care and having people she did not know come into her home. The Care Angels understood this and worked slowly with her to gain trust and friendship.
My mother would say, "I enjoy the Care Angels coming as we have a right laugh" This in its self is good medicine.
I would not hesitate recommending Guardian Angels to anyone who is in need of a little extra care and attention.
