Since being established in 2010, Melody Care has been dedicated to delivering high quality home care services across the south east of England.

Each of Melody Care's branches is committed to delivering high quality home care that promotes the independence of each client and enables them to continue living in their own homes. The team take pride in getting to know their clients and working with them to develop flexible care plans that can be adapted to suit their needs and preferences.

Melody Care offer a range of options for their clients. From one hour daily visits for clients who just need a little helping hand, right through to full time live-in-care, where the team will be on hand 24/7 to assist with every day living, and everything in between.

The professional and friendly team deliver care that ensures the client is comfortable and respected, and they will go above and beyond so that clients and their loved ones know that they are supported at all times.

We have used Melody Care for the last two years since Mum was diagnosed with dementia. We have now entered a new phase with Mum now having end of life care following a metastatic cancer diagnosis.
I can't speak highly enough of the excellent care being provided from carers who really DO care, not
just for Mum but also looking out for me, as the main supporter of mother.
They have dealt with social services on my behalf and that's taken quite a bit of stress away. They really are our friends and I can't thank them enough.

My Dad had secondary bone cancer and wanted to spend what little time he had left in his own home surrounded by family, which I believe was only made possible due to the Melody Care team. The hospital were trying to discharge him before a special bed had even been delivered, thankfully a manager from
Melody Care called the company and got it delivered the same day!
She organised a live in carer, extra daily visits to help move and clean him and even a waking night carer to help Dad cope with the night terrors he was having. She also liaised with the District nurses and a hospice care when required, all whilst keeping us updated 24/7 via the WhatsApp group she created for us.
It was made very clear that the team were always there for us which gave us peace of mind during a terrible situation.
When my Dad passed, the team came straight to his home, gave him a dignity wash and dressed him for us, they also spoke to him whilst doing it.
Thank you again for taking such great care of Dad.

I am very happy with the service; the staff are all very caring. Melody Carers come four times per day; they are all lovely and helpful which makes me feel good. They do their best to rise to the challenge of staggering their visits evenly throughout the day. There is always a Duty Senior on call available
for any queries which is helpful.

Overall, I am happy with the service Melody Care provide. More importantly our mum is happy. She likes the carers and it seems they like mum.
The communication between us is good and I know if there are any concerns going forward, we would resolve them and that brings a sense of relief. They are the
support we need.

Really pleased with Dad's care.
All the staff are friendly, caring and helpful. My experience, from walking in the office to asking for advice to the care my dad received has been nothing but positive.
I would definitely recommend using Melody Care.

My mother is receiving End of Life Care at my home in Alton. Melody Care are proving care 4 x daily to help me care for my mum. They have been truly amazing, all the carers are kind and gentle towards my mum, treating her with dignity.
(Manager) has been so supportive to me and is continually adaptive
and responsive to my requests. They also provide breaks for me which enables me to rest or take a break. They have all become a part of our family during our time of need.
I honestly can't thank them enough.

It is always a tough decision to know which agency to go with but we are so pleased we chose Melody Care
The staff showed such kindness and treated my mum with respect and encouraged independence which is very important.
The manager has been very supportive and takes the time to answer any questions
we have which is reassuring and reiterates we made the right decision.
I would recommend them if you want good care and to feel supported as a family.

I could sing about how amazing the carers are. They don't only just do their job, but they really do give some love and really listen to our loved ones. My grandparents, who are deaf, kept messaging me about how carers are so keen on learning sign languages so they can communicate with my grandparents
and to include them. They really do adore the carers and felt like they were their friends. The staff also made sure I was included. They set up WhatsApp so we could all communicate together. Of course, we all get little delays and a bit of waiting times, but the team have always been responsive and always done their job brilliantly. They really deserve some praise and kindness from everyone and I would definitely recommend Melody Care to whoever I know that may need carers.

When my balance problem became serious I felt the need for assistance in the shower. Melody Care was recommended by a family member and they responded immediately to my request for help. Their staff provide a professional, reliable service in a friendly and caring manner. I appreciate having one specific
carer except for holidays, sickness for example. My satisfaction is such that I would not hesitate to recommend Melody Care to anyone needing help.

I have been using Melody Care, 2 carers four times a day.
Everything about them is outstanding.
The office are helpful and the carers are lovely.
Highly recommended.
They are trustworthy and provide me with dignity.
Always turn up and go above the call e.g recently been in hospital now back to
normal.
If I didn't have Melody Care from the Camberley office not sure what I would do.
Well done to the manager who always helps out.

Melody Care has been caring for my Nan for 5+ years now and I don't have a bad word to say. My nan is bed-bound and has 4 double-up visits per day. They go above and beyond with the care they give and they always make sure I am in the loop on the social media group. I work full time so only get to see
my Nan a few times a week but I know she is in good hands with the Melody Care staff. I can't thank Melody Care enough for everything they do!

Having experience as you go, learning to care for your spouse is very debilitating. Melody Care Home have helped me tremendously in their full support. They are local, trained carers. We were fortunate to have Melody carers look after our Mum who had Parkinson's Dementia. We found the carers compassionate, friendly, competent and extremely hard-working. Although they often had a significant number of calls each day, they always took the time to chat to Mum, and to make sure all
her needs were satisfied in the best possible way. We would thoroughly recommend them!
